Best ever!! Knowledgeable and extremely nice. Showed us exactly what was wrong, and had the parts on hand to fix it. In and out in maybe 20 minutes. Made our day!! Highly recommend to anyone in need of great service at a very reasonable price.

My dryer wasn't drying my clothes. Tried going on DIY YouTube video to fix it but could not.. So decided to call Steve Caldwell as he had fixed my washer and was very happy with his service. As usual when I called in for booking a visit, his wife who answers and schedules all the appointment gave me couple of tips to fix it by myself. Unfortunately, I had burnt the coil so called again and ask them to fix it. They came and did an awesome job of fixing but told me that my dryer vent needs to be cleaned as it exhausts out in a U-shape with two 90 degrees angle that would be hard to clean by myself. Now my dryer is working perfectly fine. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Our previously reliable 7 year old Kenmore Dryer developed two faults: an erratic timer and no heat. I searched Home Stars and chose Cascade due to their excellent reviews. Steve diagnosed and fixed the problem on his first visit. He arrived on time and was helpful, efficient and very knowledge. He was also very happy to give advice on maintenance of my other white products, which I was very appreciative of. I would happily use Cascade again.

Linda and Steve were great. Steve really knows his stuff. They were available on a Saturday last minute and came out on their own time. I will definitely keep his number and recommend him to anyone needing any appliance service.

Our 20+ year old Maytag dryer started making loud banging sounds when we turned it on. Fearing we would need a new dryer we decided to see if repair was possible. We chose Cascade because of their positive reviews on HomeStars. An appointment was made at OUR convenience with a specific time not a 4 or 6 hour window...which wins Cascade bonus points right from the start. They asked for make and model number on the phone and asked for a description of the problem...likely to try to have appropriate parts with them. Steve showed up within 5 minute of the appointed time and had diagnosed the problem replaced the part and given us advice to make the dryer run more effectively all within half an hour. We are very impressed and will gladly call them again if need be and refer them to friends who need great service. Thank you!

We selected Cascade from an outstanding review on Homestars and from the pleasant initial call to Linda the likely cause of the problem was diagnosed over the phone and a competitive quotation was given. The work was carried out the same day by Steve in a professional and knowledgeable manner, remedying the problem as initially diagnosed for less than the authorized sum.

I texted Linda today (Feb 20, Family Day) not expecting a response due to the holiday. She texted back right away and we were able to set up an appt for same day!! Steve came in very professional and friendly and already knew why our 17 yr old Jenn-Air gas oven was not igniting. Steve replaced the part, whilst educating us what the problem was.

I called Linda and Steve after seeing reviews on Homestars, to repair a leaky gas stove and fridge with broken ice maker.

Linda was very patient, explained everything. In the end, they recommended we go with a specialist, and that our fridge (being 16 yrs old) may not be worth the repair costs. After providing me with parts costs alone, I agreed.

I'm very grateful for their honest opinion, as they could have just come in and charged us for the visit to make a quick buck.

I will definitely be giving them a call for any appliance repairs in the future!

My wife noticed a lot of frost on the back of the bottom freezer of our 14 year old Amana refrigerator and the frozen juices and ice cream were melted. I knew I had to call someone to come and take a look at repairing it. I was hoping it wouldn't be the compressor which means we would have to buy a new fridge.

I searched Homestars, found Cascade Appliance Service and read some great reviews and gave them a call. I have used another company in the past, but wanted someone local and more importantly, someone who can come right away.

Everything other reviewers have said is true. I spoke to a wonderful lady, Linda, on the phone who was able to arrange for Steve to come out and look at my fridge the same afternoon. Steve showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered a few options.

The issue was a failed defrost thermostat and Steve quickly replaced it at a reasonable cost. During the entire process, Steve showed me what he was doing, and kept me informed as to what he thought was wrong and even gave me some pointers in maintaining the fridge afterwards.

A really friendly guy who did a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Steve at Cascade Appliance Service if you are in need of appliance repairs.

Repaired 2 ovens in 1/2 hour. Great team who also took the time to 'teach' us about electrical' conservation and a new tip for oven cleaning----not to use the 'self clean' for a number of reasons.
