I contacted this team, and Linda gave free advice, which fixed the problem with my dryer. She was prompt, professional and the quote given originally for a full clean and maintenance was significantly less than competitors. Highly recommend this company!

We had Steve out a few years back, and so glad I kept their number handy. Our gas dryer stopped putting any heat out. Linda had a suggestion to make sure our vent wasn't the problem, so tried that, and still no heat. initially Steve thought it might be the glow plug, but it was fine. Ended up being the "coil". Sure enough he had one in the truck and so in about 30 mins they were done!

Initially, Linda gave great advice about the wisdom of bothering to fix a washer and dryer that were “on their last legs”, so we purchased new ones instead. Then we asked for help with some minor issues with two kitchen appliances, and they came to our place and fixed them promptly. Great service + fair price + very nice people. Highly recommended!

Linda and Steve came to the house the sameday i called this is the the third time they have fixed an appliance for us. Each time they have great and have even given us pointers on maintanence on other appliances. I would personlly recommend them to anyone who has a broken appliance.

We moved into our new home and discovered that the dryer didn't work at all. Not sure what was wrong with it, so we called Cascade to have them come in and take a look. After some troubleshooting Steve discovered that the power outlet wasn't hooked up to the electrical box! Even though it was a house wiring issue and nothing to do with the dryer, Steve was able to fix the problem and get our dryer going. Meanwhile Linda regaled me with all sorts of horror stories about stuff they've encountered on past jobs and some great tips to avoid running into problems like those myself. I was very satisfied with the service and particularly impressed by the attention to detail and effort they put in to avoid scratching our wood floor with the dryer as they moved it around.

From my description of the issue, with the model number of the stove, Steve was able to quickly determine the issue, and it was fixed in short order. No surprises on pricing of parts or labour. Steve and Linda were a pleasure to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Cascade Appliance Service.

Our 23 year old dishwasher was failing to wash our dishes very well and had even sprung a small leak. We dreaded the thought of replacing it because tiling around the base would have made installation of a new dishwasher very expensive (not to mention the cost of a new dishwasher too!). We contacted Cascade Appliance Service Ltd. through Homestars. Steve and Linda did an amazing job. They very quickly identified the parts that needed replacing and the source of the leak. Within about a week they had completely rejuvenated the dishwasher at a very reasonable cost. They were very efficient and knowledgable, as well as being very pleasant and professional to deal with. We have no hesitation in very highly recommending them.

Steve and Linda were fabulous! They fixed the leak in my refrigerator, cleaned up and were pleasant to deal with, competent and cheerful. They even pointed out potential problems. Highly recommended!

Steve and Linda were GREAT, upfront about the cost, didn't tell me he would try to fix it but no guarantees (like another company), he DID fix it! Even after this other company tried to Saba tosh the fridge & make the repair difficult, Steve was able to repair it. You get Steve and Linda, two very honest people, doing a GOOD HONEST JOB, I would highly recommend them to everybody. I know I will call them again should I need something else repaired.
