Corey Graham who came to give me an estimate was pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable. Glen, the installer, and another person whose name I've forgotten, were punctual on arrival, did a great job installing the windows. They finished the job in one day at my request. They cleaned up and removed all the garbage and left everything in order. I've had compliments on the windows and I'm very happy with them. Thank you for your excellent service and product.

Magic Window's crew arrived on time, they put down drop cloths, to protect my carpeting they were courteous and polite and did the work in a very professional manner, finishing the whole project in one day. Before they left they made sure that they removed all debris. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any friend who needs new windows. Dealing with Michele and Sol was also a pleasure.

We knew that Magic Windows was going to be the company to replace our windows the minute we met Corey. That day we had quotes from other companies and other guys gave us used-car salesman tactic, tried to be "our friend" and gave us shady pricing and deals. Corey was professional and laid back. He listened to our needs and understood what needed to be done. He gave us just ONE price that was guaranteed for a year. This gave us time to save money to pay for the windows.

The windows are installed and they are amazing! I love the retractable screens and blinds. There was a mistake on one of the windows' blinds. Corey personally picked up and dropped off the correct blind within a couple days. I was seriously surprised to hear a difference as soon as the window is closed, the outside world is muted completely.

We will always stick to Magic Windows moving forward.

I met Magic Windows at the National Home Snow in Fall of 2016, I had been researching how to replace my sliding glass door leading to my screened in porch. We were looking for something that would allow us to open everything right up, but not standard french doors which took up to much room; enter magic windows. I had been calling around to dozens of companies (many listed on this site) but could not find a suitable product but the Magic Window solution was perfect. We had a great experience with our rep Michelle. She was attentive and always took extra time to ensure we were comfortable and informed every step throughout the process. I especially was impressed the in home demonstration she gave showing the energy efficiency, we are renovating for greater efficiency. As well we had a large bay window replaced at the same time; my wife was concerned as we have a well established garden with large plants right below the window. But this was no problem for their installers who were great. Love the windows the built in screens and shades. The attention to detail was excellent. On top of that they they had a great price. I feel very comfortable saying I learned a fair bit about window and door replacement through this process and feel I made a wise decision. Great experience all the way around. DH Markham, Ontario

I am so happy we just replaced our 44 year old windows with new magic windows. We had deferred the job because we were afraid our California shutters would be damaged and we would also have to do extensive reprinting. This was not the case they were able to work around all our concerns. Sales and Service was excellent the installers very knowledgeable, extremely clean worksite couldn't have asked for more
I wish we had done this years ago

About seven years ago we had two Magic Windows installed in our kitchen. They are just perfect. We find them easier to clean because the working window opens so wide that your not struggling to reach the outside. They do not let any drafts in during the winter months and the sun-screens keep the hot sun out during summer months. Recently when one of the handles seemed loose, we phoned Magic Windows and they sent a new one within just a few days by Purolator. Service was very prompt when dealing with the problem.
So when we needed two more windows in our home, our first choice was Magic Windows. A week ago two new windows were installed in our home. The service provided by the installers was second to none. They were courteous, professional, respectful of our home and went straight to work. They removed the stickers from the new windows and even removed the sticky marks on the glass so that I could clean them easily when they left. We are ecstatic to have Magic Windows all across the back of our home. We would highly recommend them to any home owner. Another thing - the seven year old kitchen windows look just as new as the ones that were just installed!!!

First let me say how much I love these windows! We love the retractable screens and that the windows are so very easy to clean. They keep heat and cold out VERY effectively. The install went amazingly well. The contractors they set up to do the install bobbed and weaved to make our windows fit perfectly. OUR problem is with after sales SUPPORT. One of our screens doesn't retract anymore. We live in a small town and now that they have our money, they won't come to service - unless we want to pay. We have to wait and see if they will be in our area for other service calls first. Did I mention we paid $12,000 for these windows?? We contacted headquarters and left our name and phone #. Waited a month and just called again. They think they'll have someone in the area next month. Not very impressed with their service.

We had all the windows and the patio door, a total of 23 units, of our two-story home installed by Magic Window in July 2015. We are doing the review only now because we wanted to see how they held up after at least two winters. We are very happy to say that we have made a great choice with Magic Window.
Before choosing this company, we looked at a number of possibilities. We were impressed by the design and features of Magic Window, which was patiently demonstrated in our home by its project manager Derek Landry. Derek answered all the questions we had. Actually, when Derek gave us the demonstration, it was two year earlier in 2013. As we weren’t quite ready then, we put the project on hold, and Derek wasn’t pushy at all. When we contacted him again in 2015, he cheerfully came back and even honoured the same quote he gave us earlier.
We were also very impressed by the proficiency and skills of the installer Nema and his other team members, Novak and Beli. Nema even went out of his way to install the aluminium sidings to the 3 bay windows, so that the windows would match the wall and be well protected. We were particularly happy with Nema’s skillful installation of 3 sets of basement windows, which were very difficult to do due to the small window wells. Overall, it was a job well done from beginning to end.
The windows are of great quality. They have withstood the test after almost two years. We liked the innovative design, including the no-cranking mechanism for opening, and the retractable screens. They are very effective in insulation during the winter. Also, they are very effective in noise-proofing, which is important to us as our house is next to a busy road.
We would recommend Magic Window to anyone considering to have their windows replaced.

We heard about Magic Windows at a home show and Jazz FM. I am a contractor so I inquired about Magic Windows with several people. All the responses were very positive. I called Corey and arranged an estimate. I also contacted several other window companies. None were as impressive to me and decided to go with M.W. The installers were excellent, hard working gentlemen. The windows are better than I expected. My neighbors have commented on how great they look. I have already referred M.W. to others. Thank you for your attention to detail and solid product. Highly recommended.

My wife and I wanted replacement windows for our bedroom that would do a better job of keeping out city noise, as well as winter cold and summer heat. After hearing a Magic Window ad on Jazz-FM, we contacted Magic Windows, and Michele soon came to our house to make a useful presentation of her company's windows. We particularly liked the built-in blackout blinds. She measured our windows, and sent us a contract price on the following business day. We accepted, and installation was done 4 weeks later in under 3 hours. The installers, Nima and Novak , were on time, very polite, amazingly efficient, and added additional trim as required, at no extra cost. They took away the old windows and cleaned up. Michele was a pleasure to to do business with, and we love our new windows. The noise reduction and blackout blinds are superb.
