First let me say how much I love these windows! We love the retractable screens and that the windows are so very easy to clean. They keep heat and cold out VERY effectively. The install went amazingly well. The contractors they set up to do the install bobbed and weaved to make our windows fit perfectly. OUR problem is with after sales SUPPORT. One of our screens doesn't retract anymore. We live in a small town and now that they have our money, they won't come to service - unless we want to pay. We have to wait and see if they will be in our area for other service calls first. Did I mention we paid $12,000 for these windows?? We contacted headquarters and left our name and phone #. Waited a month and just called again. They think they'll have someone in the area next month. Not very impressed with their service.

We had all the windows and the patio door, a total of 23 units, of our two-story home installed by Magic Window in July 2015. We are doing the review only now because we wanted to see how they held up after at least two winters. We are very happy to say that we have made a great choice with Magic Window.
Before choosing this company, we looked at a number of possibilities. We were impressed by the design and features of Magic Window, which was patiently demonstrated in our home by its project manager Derek Landry. Derek answered all the questions we had. Actually, when Derek gave us the demonstration, it was two year earlier in 2013. As we weren’t quite ready then, we put the project on hold, and Derek wasn’t pushy at all. When we contacted him again in 2015, he cheerfully came back and even honoured the same quote he gave us earlier.
We were also very impressed by the proficiency and skills of the installer Nema and his other team members, Novak and Beli. Nema even went out of his way to install the aluminium sidings to the 3 bay windows, so that the windows would match the wall and be well protected. We were particularly happy with Nema’s skillful installation of 3 sets of basement windows, which were very difficult to do due to the small window wells. Overall, it was a job well done from beginning to end.
The windows are of great quality. They have withstood the test after almost two years. We liked the innovative design, including the no-cranking mechanism for opening, and the retractable screens. They are very effective in insulation during the winter. Also, they are very effective in noise-proofing, which is important to us as our house is next to a busy road.
We would recommend Magic Window to anyone considering to have their windows replaced.

We heard about Magic Windows at a home show and Jazz FM. I am a contractor so I inquired about Magic Windows with several people. All the responses were very positive. I called Corey and arranged an estimate. I also contacted several other window companies. None were as impressive to me and decided to go with M.W. The installers were excellent, hard working gentlemen. The windows are better than I expected. My neighbors have commented on how great they look. I have already referred M.W. to others. Thank you for your attention to detail and solid product. Highly recommended.

My wife and I wanted replacement windows for our bedroom that would do a better job of keeping out city noise, as well as winter cold and summer heat. After hearing a Magic Window ad on Jazz-FM, we contacted Magic Windows, and Michele soon came to our house to make a useful presentation of her company's windows. We particularly liked the built-in blackout blinds. She measured our windows, and sent us a contract price on the following business day. We accepted, and installation was done 4 weeks later in under 3 hours. The installers, Nima and Novak , were on time, very polite, amazingly efficient, and added additional trim as required, at no extra cost. They took away the old windows and cleaned up. Michele was a pleasure to to do business with, and we love our new windows. The noise reduction and blackout blinds are superb.

I had to replace four windows & the patio door in my townhouse. Last year at the National Home Show in Toronto with my wife we picked the Magic Window as our choice number one. And today, after all installation has been done, we don’t regret our decision at all - here is why. On Jan 31/17 Derek of Sales visited our home. His short but very informative presentation assured us in our choice. Two weeks later Nima, the installer, took all measurements. Four & half weeks later Nima with his co-worker Novak replaced old windows between 8:15 am and 4:30 pm. Excellent, fast and professional workmanship included cleanup and taking away old windows. Thank you Derek, Nima & Novak for the professional service, and thank you Magic Window designers for the very good and user friendly product backed by the 40-year warranty.

Everyone was very friendly, offerred good value and end result was a beautiful product! Company was very easy and good to deal with.
Look forward to replacing rest of my windows with Magic Windows!

We have so many choices in window manufacturer s ànd flyers through the mail magic windows came through for us in every way possible from measuring to clean up after install a week before xmas. All went according to a well designed plan and old man winter is now under control this year and staying outside where it belongs. Cant thank the magic windows team enough for such a professional job.

It was time to replace our old storm windows. 2 big bay windows in the front of the house and two bedroom windows. We had come across the Magic Window showroom during our outing at the CNE so we decided to check them out. The young brunette woman (I believe she was an engineer at Magic Window) was so informative and pleasant to deal with. She showed us everything about the windows and explained the engineering and thought that Sal (Owner and engineer of the product) put into his product. We were very impressed and booked an appointment. MichelleG came to our house and gave a very informative presentation of their product with samples and documentation. We were very impressed. We had a total of 5 windows replaced, we were very happy with the outcome. From the day we signed the contract to the day of installation, six weeks had elapsed (give or take a few days). The installers were amazing. They were on time, very courteous and pleasant. They were very careful and respectful. They took their time and went to great lengths to address the details of the installation. The installation took approx. 4.5 hours to complete. They cleaned up afterwards as best as they can. Upon completion they then presented us with a care bag and explained to us how to maintain the windows with the products in the care bag. The installaters work for Magic Window and when speaking with one of them he had said from his years of experience that he hasn't seen a great quality window product on the market. "These are the best. I haven't seen any other window that's better" he said. They are by far amazing windows. We immediately noticed the difference in noise from the street and the amount of warmth in the house hours later. We ordered the white casement windows pewter style. Included inserts are bug screen, thermal screen (blackout screen) and sheer screen (30% visibility). Full vertical window panes that open wide, engineered in thirds (both big bay windows approx 60-80" wide). Bedroom windows were single vertical pane with maximum openness. We are soo happy with them. After diligent homework with 5 companies, I settled with Magic Window. This was based also by the initial presentation and clarification. Michele was very good explaining the product and really took the time to investigate my concerns. I liked her honesty. In addition, the installation was done by a very professional crew who were tidy. Michele returned after the installation, and did an inspection and we went over every detail again. I love the windows and the retractable sliding screens and blinds. No buyers remorse to date.
