My experience with AGM started with a request for a quote. Almost immediately, I had a zoom meeting scheduled with a Project Consultant. At the meeting, he listened to what I was looking for and communicated background about AGM and how they could help me accomplish my renovation. He clearly set my expectations about cost, quality, and time-frame. Upon agreement, I was connected with a Designer who helped through a zoom meeting pick out the various materials that would fulfill my dream of the renovation. The Designer then came and reviewed the space and put together a design making several suggestions for improvements that I hadn't thought of. Once agreed to, my project was assigned to a Project Manager who guided the project through to completion. Construction was begun and my team of builders were amazing! They kept the site clean and tidy during the build, they regularly let me know when they needed to turn off the water to allow for construction. They kept me informed of what they were doing and were excellent at making wonderful suggestions for improvement as they worked. They were a real pleasure to have working in my home! The project was completed in 7 working days! I am THRILLED with the final product and the process. I can't say enough good things about my experience with AGM!

The window in my basement laundry room was the original 3 section single-pane glass from the early 1920’s that also had a vent for my dryer installed in one pane. Stan was referred to me as being able to replace this with a new double-glazed single pane window incorporating a new dryer vent outlet as well. He came as promised to assess my project and give me a quote. I chose to go ahead and he very quickly obtained the new window. Stan did wonderful work and provided great service. It looks great on both the interior and the exterior of the house. The amount of light now coming on through the new window is incredible! I am THRILLED!!! I decided it was time to replace 23 windows in my 1920's house. I spoke to a friend who had investigated getting new windows at their house and had decided to buy Magic Windows having them installed this past summer and they spoke very highly of their experience. I submitted a request to be contacted through the website and within minutes received a phone call. We set up an appointment for a demonstration and consultation. The salesman called on the appointed day and arrived just before the promised time. He gave a product overview and demonstration, took preliminary measurements, gave me a quote, and told me the next steps. I agreed to proceed. An appointment was set up for the installer to come and take precise measurements and he arrived as promised and was extremely professional. The windows were promised to arrive within 4 - 6 weeks of being ordered. I received a call at about the 3 week mark from the company to book the 3 days required for the install about 2 weeks in advance of the window arrival date . The installers arrived as promised and very neatly and efficiently took out my old windows and installed the new Magic Windows. They did a FANTASTIC job at the finishing required both inside and outside, so the windows fit perfectly and look beautiful. The outside work was done on the 3 coldest days of the winter (minus 10 - 15 degrees celsius) but you would never have known it. The house was tidied each and every day. I love the way the windows open easily, the screens retract, the outside finish matches the exterior of the house, and they have a 40 year (transferrable) guarantee. I am THRILLED with my Magic Window purchase and would have no hesitation recommending the product and the professionals who represent this great company.

Through their website back in April, I asked for a quote to paint all the window and door trim, and the soffits of both the house and the detached garage. Bill called me back the next day and we arranged to meet to discuss what I was looking for. He showed up EARLY for the appointment and was very good about listening and understanding what I was looking for. He provided a booklet outlining a bit about their company but also testimonials and references from people who had used Finer Edge. We agreed that outside painting could not be done until good weather arrived and we arranged for them to start June 2nd. About 2 weeks before they were to start, I got a message from Mishelle who looks after ordering paints and supplies for the painters to do the work. We discussed what colours I was wanting. I said I wanted the same colours as what was on now, Mishelle offered to come by the house and look at the colours and would ensure they matched --- which they did beautifully ! About 3 business days before the start of the work, I got a voicemail message from Colin (the assigned Project Manager) to introduce himself and to say that they were all set to start on June 2nd. On Monday (June 2nd), Colin, Tony and Alec showed up at the agreed upon time of 8:30 am. We went over the work and they started right in. On Tuesday, 3 more painters joined Tony and Alec. And on Wednesday, all were back at it again. They were forced to stop Tuesday at 11:30 am due to rain. They finished Wednesday afternoon about 3:00 pm. Throughout the 3 days, Colin came by frequently to check on the progress. The guys were great --- very personable, tidy and thorough and perfectionists (they wanted it done right!!). It looks beautiful! I would definitely highly recommend them.

Luc's company did my roof 16 years ago and I was very pleased at that time. When I had some damage caused by the ice storm, I knew who I wanted to do the repairs. I got in touch with Luc and we made a morning appointment for an assessment. Luc arrived early for the appointment which always impresses me. He reviewed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote. I agreed to have the work done and he said he would have it done in the next week. I went out in the afternoon and came back to find a wonderful surprise --- the work had been done! Luc did a great job of matching the colour of the shingles. He also removed branches and debris that was on the roof left over from the ice storm. I was delighted with the quality of the work, and also with the timeliness of the work as the weather forecast was for rain the next day and a mixture of rain/snow for the day after. I would definitely recommend Luc's company for anyone requiring roof work.
