Simply put, they were AMAZING. Kind, understanding and professional in the face of a basement flood. Would recommend without any hesitation, you don't have to look any further, call them!

Alex from Mister Plumber came to my home and fix the issue very quickly and the work is done professionally. Highly recommend him to anyone who has the similar issue.

My sump pump burned out and needed a new one. It was an emergency and Igor came quickly. Igor changed the sump pump and gave me tips regarding the freezing temperature. Igor installed a backup battery pack. Vlad installed a second sump pump pit and sump pump with battery backup. Everything works great. They are professional, competent and honest. Would highly recommend them without reservation. They know their stuff. Highly skilled.

We had water running for our bathroom to our kitchen. They came and did a great job to fix and educate us. Going to be calling him back specifically to do other work in the spring. Great job!

All I can say is these guys are amazing.
Igor located a clog when we thought pipe was frozen. Cleared it out even located the clear out pipes. They were in and out within an hour. Would recommend them ANY TIME!!! They are fantastic!!!

I highly recommend Mister Plumber and Alex. Alex is reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived promptly for the first appt to do a diagnostic on our bathrooms and made good recommendations for which toilets we should get. We then scheduled the installations for 2 days later at 9:00am. He arrived exactly when he said he would and we had our new toilets installed and ready to use before noon. I would definitely hire him again.

I noticed water beginning to come through my laminate floor in the basement, and notice a hissing noise from the ceiling in the basement. I shut my water off to the house , and began to call any top rated Home Stars plumbing company that could make it to my house same day, on a Sunday, out of the blue in the afternoon. Allow by to lay out my experience:

1) Andrew from Mister Plumber was the first to call me back from the 6 other companies I called, given that he was the 5th call I made. That's amazing urgency in my books.

2) Mister Plumber also did not go through some extensive process of dealing with a Call Center, having them get your info, and than having them tell me that "we don't have anyone available today". Why would any company waste my/your time when you tell them that you're calling for emergency same day service upfront, get all your info, to say we're not available? Mister Plumber heard my Voice Mail, called back swiftly, and came out same day within 2.5 hrs!

3) Andrew and another younger gentleman showed up, looked professional, were very polite, and go down to business. They layed out sheets on the floor to protect it, and wore covers on their boots not to dirty the floor.

4) As they did the repair, Andrew was very detailed on having me understand the root cause, what he had to do, why, and taught me what I need to do to prevent future issue (this was important as I had poor insulation that I was unaware of).

5) Following the work, Mister Plumber cleaned the entire mess since they had to cust out drywall, and got rid of all the garbage. To me, these are the little details that I don't want to deal with, so I really appreciated their courtesy

6) Andrew, although he did not have to, noticed a potential future issue with my laundry sink. This was something he made me aware of, and told me what to do to prevent a future issue. He also advised me of something to do with an older toilet.

In summary, this was a 10 out of 10 experience! Problem was fixed, was done promptly, professionally, I was educated, and was consulted in areas beyond the service I requested

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Andrew and Alex. After inquiring about a quote online regarding a clogged toilet, I received a call within half an hour and set up an appointment for the next morning. They were on time, very helpful and fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have hired Alex twice now and both times we made appointments and he showed up on time. He had very practical advice that saved money and he was extremely professional. In the first case, we had water that kept flooding onto our hardwood from a laundry closet. Multiple visits by other plumbers had failed to find the problem. Alex spent a great deal of time examining the pipe, above and beyond the usual efforts--augering etc.-- and he found a plumber's tool from another plumber that had been blocking the pipe. Mystery solved! On the other recent visit he saved us quite a bit of money by recommending a repair to an existing faucet that was dripping, instead of dragging out the dishwasher etc. and installing a brand new faucet. And in a refreshing change from so many other plumbers I've worked with, Alex didn't have to book a second visit-he had all the parts right in his truck. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex.
