Late at night, we had water coming out of the ceiling in the kitchen and did not know exactly where it was coming from. Alex came in the morning, did a thorough inspection/diagnostic, and quickly found the problem. He clearly explained to me the issue (in a language I could understand!) and got to work immediately. He worked diligently, with care, and fixed the leak for good. Without his expertise, we would have more water in our townhome. Thank you, Alex the Great!

Andrew and his assistant came to fix my kitchen sink that had been clogged. They were extremely helpful and fixed the problem very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - they're great!

I called in Mister Plumber today to repair a broken toilet. Andrew and his helper Alex arrived promptly and were able to complete the repair and refurbish an additional toilet at the same visit. This company was fabulous for our job. We needed to replace our galvanized service line. I attained 4 different quotes. Not only was Mister Plumber's the best price, Vlad was extremely professional and thorough when doing the quote. He taught me a few things that the other companies didn't point out. I was just impressed by how much advice he gave and what to look for when the work finshed. When we hired Mister Plumber Vlad was so accommodating with the date we needed the work done. His team was polite and so nice. They worked very efficiently, kept everything clean and the job was finished sooner than expected. Essentially a perfect experience. Thanks guys! Now I know who we'll use for any other plumbing we may need down the road.

I learned just before the holidays that I needed to have part of my main service line replaced in order to have the new City of Toronto water meter installed.

I wasn't thrilled about the inconvenience and unexpected expense, but Mr. Plumber was great! Vlad was punctual when he came to do the estimate, very pleasant to deal with and his quote was competitive. On the day of the job, Alex was very courteous and quickly got to work and Vlad was in touch by text. Vlad also came by to inspect the work in progress and Alex did a good job cleaning up at the end. I'm a happy homeowner. Will definitely call Mr. Plumber for any plumbing work next time. I called them because of the great reviews on HomeStars. Wish I'd found them years ago!

Major clog in drain under basement floor. Andrew & assistant were timely, very clean, very nice. Quickly fixed the problem and gave some good advice to prevent on going problems. Cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our ordeal of water backing up started Thursday night and after spending majority of a Friday to get it flowing ourselves we decided it was time to seek professional help. For all you other do it yourselfer’s out there this was decided after a plunger and a 15 foot drain snake was just not enough to get the water draining properly. After going online to find a plumber and finding great reviews about Mister Plumber from others we called right away and got a quick response. From the time we called to the time Andrew from Mister Plumber fixed our problem was about 3.5hours… that is just amazing to me. Andrew listened to our issue took note of our trees and diagnosed the problem straight away, tree roots blocking our main drain. Andrew is very professional, presented his company well and made quick work of a drain blockage caused by roots. I would highly recommend Andrew and Mister Plumber to anyone that is in need of quality clean and quick work at very reasonable prices. We are already looking into using Mister Plumber again to make sure the roots have not damaged the pipes via camera shortly too. Thank you Andrew for your quick response.
