The issue was that I was trying to determine the cause of a smell in the house after it rains. Vlad was great. He explained everything before, during and after the camera inspection. It showed that there were no blockages or breaches in the line, and that there was not another floor drain hidden under the sub-floor. He suggested some other things it could be, as well as some tests I could do myself. Price for the camera was $280+hst, which was less than some other quotes for the same job. I was given a detailed written receipt for my records. I provided my credit card information to the office staff once the job was completed. I found this to be a very professional company and I would use them again.

Drain Com is a great company. We called them after having many issues with our former contractor. We hired what we thought was a licensed contractor, but he wasn't. The job was supposed to take about 2 months. After many excuses and in the 3rd month we fired this contractor.
Drain Com came in and repaired or replaced all the things our former contractor did wrong. They were great. Every time we called they answered our questions.
We would highly recommend Drain Com. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Their price was competitive. They itemized the job so we were able do some of the prep work which lowered the overall cost. We recommend this company highly!

We have used Draincom a couple of times over the years including to do full waterproofing of our basement probably 15 years ago, and most recently to help us with an emergency water supply replacement. Our supply line burst under our front lawn which meant we had to get the City to shut of our water entirely so had no water at all. I called them right away and Talin answered live in the evening and did an AMAZING job of taking care of us, even though they were fully booked. Vlad was there the following morning to scope it out while Talin got the location services looked after and the next day Serge and the crew were there and worked into the night to get it done, including digging down, torpedoing a new hole and replacing the supply line. Great people, hard working, friendly and professional. Also put everything right back and left it in really good shape. Can't recommend them enough!

I hired this company to give me an estimate to replace my clay sewer pipes in April 2020. Serge came and gave me a FREE estimate using a camera to go down into the pipes. Other companies would charge me over $200-$300 and would only deduct the price if we went with them. The price I got was almost half the price of another company! And still the least expensive of all of the estimates I got, but I got good quality. A large crew came and did the work in two days It was a big job because they had to dig a 12 foot trench in my driveway. Only minor issues were no masks were worn by the crew (they were mostly outdoor but did some indoor work) and there was a minor dent in my drywall when they brought the pipes into the basement that I only noticed after the job was done.

Drain Com replaced a broken main drain in my property. They were prompt, professional, careful, and they did the job in one day and for a very reasonable rate. Good job and good communication.
