Had to locate where the squirrels were coming in and set trap as well as fortify 6 vents with wire mesh.

We can't say enough about the service we received from SWAT. They were extremely prompt, and both Brian and Johnny were knowledgeable, friendly, and very clear. They took pictures to show us where animals might have been getting in, and explained what our next steps should be after they left. The prices are also incredibly reasonable, but more importantly, I feel confident that the team did everything to make sure we don't have any more animal problems.

Everything was done in an efficient and timely manner..... They even brought special booties to go through my house so they could access the attic. Pleasant and professional so I will definitely refer them to my friends.

They emailed and called within minutes of receiving my inquiry late in the day. I had a pleasant and skilled crew here first thing the next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and dealt with it. I was able to pay using Visa as they are a Square seller. One of those things where I hope I don't have to call them again, but I won't hesitate if I have an issue.

They Installed a mesh around the base of a shed in my back yard. Fast, efficient work. Well quoted.

Jonny came by to deal with a pigeon nest on our window ledge. He very humanely made a makeshift nest for the baby bird to stay in until it could fly so that he could clear the window area and set up anti-nest spikes. He also cleaned the debris afterwards. We are super happy with the service. They gave us an awesome rate because they didn't have to go up on the roof etc. Thank you SWAT!

Derek and crew were professional, friendly, courteous and hard working. They arrived the day after we called, explained the job clearly, laid out options and completed the job as promised. First class contractor - highly recommended! Call SWAT first and save your $ - don't bother having a roofer come out who'll charge $30 to tell you to call animal control.

I had neighbor complained about the raccoon problem, which I never realized previously. Found SWAT Wildlife's review from HomeStars and felt interested to call them. The lady who scheduled my service was very nice and scheduled me for a visit for inspecting the problem first back to end of May, 2016. Josh and Eden came on time and inspected the outside of the house and helped me spot the holes and possible entries where the raccoons may break in the house. They were extremely nice and helpful and very friendly to give me the advice and quotation on the further services on how to fix the holes and prevent further problems with one-way door installed. Also they provided the quote on fixing my roof vent (Unfortunately there was a hole for my roof vent, which I could've never known if they didn't provide the inspection up there)!
However, I was unable to proceed the service within quotation expiry date (the quotation on the inspection invoice was showing valid for a month). But when I called back after almost 5 months, the lady who picked up the phone was amazingly telling me the quote was still valid. I was so surprisingly happy. Thank you! This time, Jonny came in a heavily rainy and cold pre-winter day and he was very punctuate and professional to get all the fixing work done! I felt very sorry that he had to come in a rainy and windy day and I was kind of worried when he had to climb up to the roof to get the word done. But when it's finished, I found the work were done greatly. And Johnny actually told me I may have skunk problem as well, but he blocked the hole for me as well! Thank you Jonny!

I actually found another hole near the deck, but not in the range that Josh and Eden identified last time. So I may call SWAT again later to get that done as well, because of their friendly and professional attitude and work quality :)

Swatt is a professional and efficient company who were a pleasure to deal with. Patty answered the phone promptly, was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me solve the wildlife issue. She set up a time to have the inspection done and the crew showed up in a professionally wrapped vehicle, on time as promised. They were even courteous enough call when they were on their way. Johnny and Brian were pleasant, knowledgeable and were not hesitant to get up into the attic and onto the roof to inspect. They took their time and were thorough checking even the smallest cavities to look for any intrusions
It was a pleasure to deal with such a great company.
