I contacted swat wildlife to help with a raccoon entering our house through the soffit. Randy came in short order to install a one way door and also located another potential entry point. Smooth, professional process from beginning to end. The houseguest has definitely left as I’ve seen him in the back yard.

I can’t thank the team at Swat Wildlife enough for their prompt, efficient and thorough service. They came out to investigate the noises in our roof and discovered a nest of birds. Because the birds were babies, they had to wait two weeks to remove the nest and repair of the roof. I didn’t even have to follow up. They showed up when promised and dealt with the problem. No muss, no fuss! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

Mesh was installed within several hours of work with exit doors so that the rodents could get out and stay out. This worked well for the skunk, but we had a very clever rat who continued to find ways to get back in. The work performed by SWAT was guaranteed which was good because it took a few visits to get everything resolved. My calls were professionally handled and responded to quickly.

Despite the fact that it took several visits I would recommend SWAT for this type of work.

SWAT have very, very experienced and knowledgeable staff. They are extremely accommodating and attentive to the customers needs. We have used them on three separate occasions and they have been consistent. We do not have a bad thing to say. Brian arrived first thing in the morning and quickly assessed my garage , which had been invaded by a skunk. He gave me a quote to solve the problem and then did it immediately, in a courteous and professional manner. It was much appreciate.

I used this company twice, but to be honest their work was less than satisfactory; they seem overwhelmed. After two attempts they were unable to resolve our wildlife problems -- It turns out they offer a warranty for a year, but when I called back to have them check our squirrel situation again -- a third time -- before the year was out, they didn't believe me -- I guess because they didn't want to reimburse me, although I didn't even know I was entitled to it and wasn't asking for anything without paying. I called and told them I would give them a final chance to fix the problem. They made it clear criticism was not appreciated. After being treated disrespectfully, by returning my message with an 8 am phone call, and then didn't say "Swat Wildlife" when they answered the phone when I returned her call, and being subject to her shouting at me over the phone. I sadly told her that I could no longer use their services (even though it meant that I lost out on the potential to "cash in" the warranty I was owed). It was worth it to begin afresh and pay someone else $300 to come and get the job done without the hassles. I note they have responded saying I used a profanity, this is absolutely untrue. She was shouting at me, refusing to listen, and wouldn't have heard what I said anyway. Just the way they reacted, shows how impolite they are.
