Rob came on time and explained what he intended to do. He made me understand, in clear terms, what his findings were and the best course of actions for me to take. No upselling, no pushing for more sales. He took his time to explain what to expect after the work was finished. I hope to see Rob back a week later to romove the one-way squirrel trap and recap the chimney to prevent any more wild life from getting in. What a pleasure to have Rob for the job.
