Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Got various quotes, and found out what each company do to remove racoons. Swat came up with a better deal and better price negotiation.
Looked at their webpage and looked great and great reviews, and finally was satisfied to hire them.

Brian came for this job, he assessed, and secured all the entry points and went into attic and inspected. One way door was installed too.

I did manage to negotiate a little bit with him. He seem to he knowing his work so well.

well now and of his job.

They came out within a day, assessed the problem and solutioned quickly and knowledgeably. They explain their services and price points clearly. Brian came to our house, was knowledgeable, fast and courteous. We're in a semi and he looked at our neighbour's side too to ensure we were fixing the whole problem. He also noticed our other neighbour's eavesdrough spout had shifted and set it right while he was up on the ladder. Would def recommend.

I had a pleasant experience dealing with SWAT Widlife. The lady on the phone (sorry did not catch her name) was very pleasant to speak to. She booked us in on the same day, and gave a good summary of the procedures and details.

Johnny arrived right on time, got some information from me and went right to work to locate the issue. In no time he was able to find two openings that squirrels were entering from and provided me info on what needs to be done, as well recommendations on other areas that could be sealed optionally without any pressure.

What made me really happy was that he was courteous and put on plastic shoe covers when entering the house, without me even asking for it. Many contractors i've had in the house wouldn't even care, so this was definitely a plus.

He installed the one way trap doors quickly and that was that. Now I will wait for the critters to leave the house so that they can come back to seal the areas completely.

Overall the experience with the staff was very nice and I highly recommend them to anyone

SWAT Wildlife did a great job sealing 3 entry points for squirrels into my attic. They installed 1-way doors so squirrels could exit safely and not be trapped. They even worked in cold and rainy weather. The work was done quickly, knowledgeably and cleanly and the guys were polite & very friendly.

Brian was fabulous to deal with! He arrived early for the appointment, was very detailed with recommendations and checking the property for additional animal related damage. It was like he was treating my home as if it were his own. No pressure sales, quick turnaround and very clean- would definitely recommend him.

SWAT Wildlife showed up on time, very punctual! They asked me a few questions to understand the problem I was dealing with and they got to work. They were very well equipped: from head lamp to boot covers to keep the house clean. Both of the experts who showed up were very polite and professional. I feel like they have been very generous on the poison they used (they did not try to work cheap). In my opinion, the cost of the service was a little bit pricey. In the end they were here for 30 minutes, they threw those poison bars in the attic and that's it. I thought I would have a more thorough inspection of the house to see were the mice got in. That being said, their staff explained to me that mice can get in anywhere, showing me a few potential gaps. Maybe a home inspection was futile after all...

To conclude, I am very satisfied with SWAT Wildlife, I have the peace of mind that I dealt with professionals.

Johnny arrived within an hour of our "There is something stuck in our wall that is frantically trying to get out. It sounds scared and trapped and so are we!!" call. He conducted a through review of the house and roof to determine there were no visible entry points and also examined our entire attic. Likely diagnosis a one off mouse stuck in the wall that managed to extract itself. He promised to return if there were any further recurrences as a service within the initial very reasonable inspection price. Thank you Johnny for the friendly and expert reassurance!
