They were very professional. They responded right away. Very efficient service. They were reasonably priced. And most importantly, they were successful at fixing the problem.

Derek and Ryan were fantastic! They were fast, effective and efficient! My raccoon problem in my attic was solved in a day or so and I couldn't be enough happier. They checked all potential access points on the roof and repaired the hole the raccoons had made. Would highly recommend them to any of my neighbours, family or friends that run into any wildlife issues.

we had scratching in the walls, last year winter time. and now with the cold weather, it was starting again. the guys came out and very quickly, and neatly, checked all external potential access points on our roof. Then all around the house and specifically the attic. They found tracks (lots!) from mice running around. They treated the whole attic and also all the other potential entrance points throughout the house. I think it worked because we have not heard anything since!

Had Johnny come over to fix a bird infestation in our roof. Professional and quick. He was courteous and on-time. Explained the scope of work and set expectations at the very start of the visit. Explained the pricing and what to expect. Consulted with me on my preferences for the materials used to fix the bird nest problem. He gave me a heads up about the timing of the job and was able to respect this timing. I also had him address a mice problem. He again set expectations and told me what he was doing. We had a raccoon who made his way in to the roof but couldn't find a way out until he made one himself. I searched for a solution online and found SWAT Wildlife Removal with a whole lot of positive Homestars reviews. The places you might first think of seemed to pale in comparison. They arrived on time, and Derick was quick to find the raccoon's new point of entry. He made me confident that our new houseguest would soon be a thing of the past. After the first night with the temporary one way door in place the raccoon was gone. The whole experience was positive, starting with the phone call to book the visit. We've used SWAT twice before and we were quite pleased. First instance they helped investigate a squirrel issue we had in the roof. They explained exactly what the issue was, how they were getting in, the plan for remediation (1-way exit spots), costs, and warranty up front. They even offered a referral discount when we had our neighbour do the same work. They were kind, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. The second time we asked them to investigate a possible mouse issue. They investigated all areas all the while providing us with information on what to look out for. They set up traps and explained the warranty process. Overall this company is a pleasure to work with and they are confident in their work.

I would highly recommend both your company and employees. It was a great relief to be able to enjoy my backyard again, without the mother and 5 baby raccoons chasing me back into my home!

Johnny came to my house to check out what animals were bothering us. He was very professional and he really cared seriously to inspect my attic, every corner of the roof and the yards to find out the problems - bats and possibly red squirrels. He set up one way doors, air vent guards and caulked the roofline for us. I really appreciate it because not everyone in the industry would be willing to climb that height, stay on the ladder for so long to do a thorough job. Johnny was brave , running around on top of the house like a fiddler on the roof. He knows he is the expert.

All the pests are gone now. Thanks Patty too for arranging a very prompt visit during the same morning when I phoned in .

We had a squirrel that had built a nest on our roof. Contacted SWAT wildlife who came on time in inclement weather mind you. Derick was great, he took care of everything and made sure to clean up the mess made on the roof by the squirrel. So far so good.

We called Swat Wildlife and they arrived in less than a couple hours! Johnny started the feces cleaning up (a HUGE disgusting pile!) under our backyard deck and Derek started securing the perimeter with wire fencing. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and took pride in their work. It was a nasty job but they handled everything with smiles and a great attitude. Our next door neighbour has been feeding families of raccoons for years - we have repeatedly told him not to (nicely, pleading, and eventually angry!) - but he has been stubborn and defiant. We wished we called these guys sooner. But after the job was done, Derek came with me to talk to the neighbour. He was very courteous but firm and had witnessed the raccoons coming up to the neighbour's back door to get fed. Derek told him it's obvious that they're being fed and it must stop - it's extremely unhealthy/unsanitary and plus the surrounding neighbours have little kids. Should the raccoons get violent, it could be a dangerous environment. We were thrilled with their work and (so far) our neighbour hasn't been feeding the raccoons (fingers crossed because it's only been 3 days!) Thank you guys!!
