I had neighbor complained about the raccoon problem, which I never realized previously. Found SWAT Wildlife's review from HomeStars and felt interested to call them. The lady who scheduled my service was very nice and scheduled me for a visit for inspecting the problem first back to end of May, 2016. Josh and Eden came on time and inspected the outside of the house and helped me spot the holes and possible entries where the raccoons may break in the house. They were extremely nice and helpful and very friendly to give me the advice and quotation on the further services on how to fix the holes and prevent further problems with one-way door installed. Also they provided the quote on fixing my roof vent (Unfortunately there was a hole for my roof vent, which I could've never known if they didn't provide the inspection up there)! However, I was unable to proceed the service within quotation expiry date (the quotation on the inspection invoice was showing valid for a month). But when I called back after almost 5 months, the lady who picked up the phone was amazingly telling me the quote was still valid. I was so surprisingly happy. Thank you! This time, Jonny came in a heavily rainy and cold pre-winter day and he was very punctuate and professional to get all the fixing work done! I felt very sorry that he had to come in a rainy and windy day and I was kind of worried when he had to climb up to the roof to get the word done. But when it's finished, I found the work were done greatly. And Johnny actually told me I may have skunk problem as well, but he blocked the hole for me as well! Thank you Jonny! I actually found another hole near the deck, but not in the range that Josh and Eden identified last time. So I may call SWAT again later to get that done as well, because of their friendly and professional attitude and work quality :)
