Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We heard movement and scratching around in our attic and called SWAT Wildlife to come and check it out. They were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. They came and did a thorough assessment of the roof and attic and put a one-way door on one of the roof vents and mesh caging on the other vents. They came back about a week later to remove the one-way door and replace that with mesh caging to prevent other unwanted visitors. Their removal services are humane and we haven't heard anybody up in our attic ever since. Thank you!!! We wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we have other issues and would highly recommend them to others.

I have the dubious honour of having had to use SWAT wildlife twice. The first time raccoons and skunks had been seen by the neighbours heading under our front porch. I called SWAT on a Friday and someone came out on the Saturday looked at the area and resolved the issue in a humane manner (put in an escape gate for wildlife that was removed a week later when they had moved out).

The second time was much more difficult. Some raccoons were taking up residence in some pretty inaccessible areas under our back porch and the rear of our neighbours house. This ended up requiring three trips by the team at SWAT (they had to assess); a senior person came back and explained the options which required me getting some approvals from my neighbours. Finally they were able to do the work.

On both occasions everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. No hesitation recommending them.

This company was recommended to me by a contractor, whom I trust, so I contacted them, and the next day the technician arrived, very reassuring and seemingly knowledgeable, who thoroughly examined the roof and soffit and determined the point of entry. He sealed a potential site and installed the "trap" which allows exit, but not re-entry. A proposal was made to attached a wire mesh between my neighbour's property and mine, a narrow space that could be an issue, so once I received permission from my neighbour, the tech promptly returned the following day to expertly seal it up and the effect is virtually undetectable. My neighbour was also pleased with the solution and the workmanship. One more visit ensued within a couple of days to ensure that the squirrels were indeed gone/barricaded. I love a happy ending

We found that we had a squirrel in the attic which had found access through a hole in the garage. We called two companies and SWAT was the only one to return the call. They were very prompt and an appointment was made for later in the week. Once they arrived, the found and removed the squirrel, and put a two way door over the whole, as well as putting some cages over the vents on the roof to prevent future access just in case. Two days later, there was another squirrel, so called them again, they responded quickly, but by the time they arrived the squirrel found its way out. Not sure if the 2nd squirrel was there all along, but have not had a problem since.

Yes, I would recommend this company, they were very responsive and pretty much guarantee their work, they will continue to respond until the matter has been resolved.

We had to call them because we heard something in our attic Very pleasant well informed and professional. We had an inspection of our attic, and the cause was determined. We had all our vents probably covered and a exit cage installed. Although pricey we have peace of mind and they guarantee there work for the year.

At 4 am two weeks ago we awoke to the sound of a raccoon trying to get into our roof! We only noticed the entry point the next evening; the raccoon had pushed in the soffit in a corner hard to see from the ground. Calls to several companies over the weekend went unanswered or we would have to wait days or at least a week for service. Luckily we found SWAT on Homestars and Derrick and Eden arrived two days later. They inspected the attic, secured the entry point with a one-way door and secured two more obvious potential entry points. For the following 2 nights it appeared the raccoon tried to enter again unsuccessfully. A week after the initial work Derrick and Eden returned as promised to remove the door and fix and secure the soffit. Derrick inspected the roof and found no other evidence of forced entry. From the initial call, we found everyone we dealt with to be polite, professional and responsive and excellent at managing customer expectations. We highly recommend SWAT for raccoon issues.

I phoned swat wildlife on a Sunday within a day they informed me they could come. The company sent out two people very nice and professional. Showed me their I.D. asked questions and explained to me what they were going to do and how long it would take. When they checked the roof he came back and showed me the pictures and the damage. He again explained what they were going to do and how much it would cost. This team were very nice, professional and explain all in detail so I would understand. I would recommend this company to any who needs it. I highly rate them

On the Friday of Family Day weekend we realized we had a skunk issue. We randomly picked a wildlife removal company we saw on HomeStars that was not SWAT and called them. The owner of the other company indicated he didn't have much experience with skunks and recommended SWAT. A recommendation coming from a competitor, someone in the same industry, carries a lot of weight. I called SWAT upon his referral and was glad I did. We had to wait a couple days for a technician to come out due to the holiday weekend. But Jonny and another technician (sorry, I don't know his name) were at our home on Tuesday morning. They determined the skunk(s) made a den under our front steps. They got right to work at installing a one-way door so that the next time the skunk(s) would leave the den it would be for good. I can't tell yet if we are skunk free but SWAT will be back in a week or two to remove the trap door and hopefully they will then confirm that we successfully (and humanely) evicted Pepe Le Pew and any mates...and got rid of that powerful scent. Jonny and (name?) were also friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. The price is on par with their competitors. I highly recommend SWAT.
