A gas technician determined that we needed a new chimney liner. John came out that very morning and provided a quote. He couldn’t do it that day because of the rain; however he came by the next day and installed the new chimney liner promptly and turned our Water heater and furnace back on. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with
Milton re-upholstered our couch and two arm chairs. He was great to work with, very responsive and did the job in the exact time quoted. I would have no issue recommending or using Milton again.

Alex was very polite and responsive. He showed up on a weekend to measure out the glass that we needed after giving a very reasonable quote. He had some suggestions on how we could improve what we were looking for (all of the suggestions which we were happy with). About two weeks later they showed up to install the glass.we are very happy with his work.

Getting rid of raccoons under back and front porch(es)
I have the dubious honour of having had to use SWAT wildlife twice. The first time raccoons and skunks had been seen by the neighbours heading under our front porch. I called SWAT on a Friday and someone came out on the Saturday looked at the area and resolved the issue in a humane manner (put in an escape gate for wildlife that was removed a week later when they had moved out). The second time was much more difficult. Some raccoons were taking up residence in some pretty inaccessible areas under our back porch and the rear of our neighbours house. This ended up requiring three trips by the team at SWAT (they had to assess); a senior person came back and explained the options which required me getting some approvals from my neighbours. Finally they were able to do the work. On both occasions everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. No hesitation recommending them.

Major Branch Removal and Cleanup
We had a very large branch fall off of our tree into our neighbours yard on Tuesday leaving a remaining branch poised to fall off onto our roof and a wind storm scheduled for Saturday. Steve came and offered a quote on Wednesday and came back on Friday. He took down the branch very quickly and at a very reasonable price given the limited access to our property. He also cleaned up all of the deadfall. He was very professional and courteous.
