Furnace was behaving erratically. I checked Homestars and called Reliable. Dave was here to check quickly and had replaced overheating motor within the week. Nice guys and very fair pricing!

Reliable were quick, efficient, and Reliable! They processed the info for the government rebates onsite and even replaced my rental water heater which saved me even more money. They were great.

We needed to replace our furnace as the old one wasn't working properly anymore. Jamie and Dave installed the furnace for us. They were courteous, professional and very diligent in getting the furnace installed. They were very meticulous in making sure that everything was done properly. We appreciated their follow up. I noticed a blinking red light on my furnace, and contacted Reliable Home Comfort to inspect the furnace. I spoke to Rob, who offered to come over at 7PM the same day. He actually ended up arriving earlier, after having confirmed that I would be at home. He was knowledgeable, competent and courteous. He inspected the furnace and quickly diagnosed and dealt with the problem. He took the time to educate me about the workings of the furnace, and to provide me with information on how to deal with any future issues. His price was very reasonable. All in all he provided an excellent service, and was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use his service again, or to recommend him to others.

Excellent experience with Reliable Home Comfort - so honest and best quote we received. Rob was referred to us and we're so glad he was! We're on the market for a new furnace as ours is pretty old. Rob came by to take a look after ours was off for the summer. He did a quick fix (free) and fired it back up for us. He was very honest, took the time to explain how things work in a furnace. He understood our financial situation and suggested we get one more season out of our furnace and also correctly diagnosed a problem we had with our air conditioner and humidifier. We also got a quote for a new furnace and it was the best one out of 3 others that we got. We know who we're calling when we're ready to replace this one!! Rob was extremely prompt in responding to our needs late on a Saturday afternoon. Our furnace was out and we had no heat. He and his associate were able to diagnose all the problems very quickly and came to a conclusion that was able to prevent serious problems in our house. We would highly recommend him.

I am confident in my ability to replace parts on my furnace, but determining the exact parts to replace is not my expertise. That is why I called Reliable. Darryl came over right on time, spent some time diagnosing the problem and even gave me tips on replacing the needed parts. When something is beyond my skill level, I will definitely call him again.

We had some weird noise clicking sounds in the basement around my furnace. It turns out my filter was dirty and it caused the ignition light to keep adjusting and running. Darryl was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He patiently explained the cause of the problem, what he did to remedy the problem and what I need to do to prevent future issues like this. I definitely will be using Reliable Home Comfort and asking for Darryl for any future jobs I encounter.

Thanks Rob. Last night I realized that my furnace was not firing up. I emailed Rob at 3 am this morning, and by 8:30 am he was at my house. 20 minutes later the furnace was fixed. Rob is true to his word. Realiable is the most upstanding company I have ever dealt with. Thanks again.
