Reliable Home Comfort

On one of the coldest days of the year so far, the furnace in our newly purchased first home stopped producing heat. Of all the companies I called for service, Reliable was the only one to inquire over the phone about the unit to troubleshoot for me. He was able to predict the problem in advance and said he would be by in about an hour. He was true to his word and was able to correct the issue in record time. The service was brilliant, the gentleman knew his business and the services were very reasonably priced compared to anywhere else I called. We will be longstanding customers for our home HVAC in the future.

On the coldest day and a holiday my furnace stopped working.
Jamie came over and fixed it promptly and did not tell me that I needed to replace my furnace or anything else that other companies try to sell me.The tubes in my furmace was blocked and he unblocked it and that was that.You have a customer for life.

My furnace was having trouble getting the house above 16 degrees. It would come on for a bit and then turn itself off. I called Darryl Monday morning and he was able to come out next day. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and speedy. He found and fixed the problem right away and was able to wrap everything up in about a half hour. Now my home is at a cozy 22. Very glad that my kids will be able to sleep in warm beds tonight and not have to run space heaters! Thanks Darryl!

Furnace "whistling" - problem fixed- but also did annual maintenance at same time - no additional cost. Other co's do not.

Our heating stop working last night, just before another extreme weather coming tomorrow. I called Rob this morning and now we have done everything afternoon. We were clearly explained our options to solve the problem and definitely we should replace our old furnace. Quite impressed they told us it could be immediately installed afternoon, and they did it! We are very happy with the fast and reliable service. Highly recommend their service.

Found out I had a gas leak and my friend recommended Reliable Home Comfort to me. Happy she did as they were great! Rob came over so fast and was wonderful to deal with. He also gave the best price when I called around. My new furnace was blowing cold air and the company (with whom I have a contract) did not want to come out. I was cold and desperate at -15 degrees that night. Luckily I found Rob and Jamie who came and identified the problem immediately. Less than 24 hours later I was warm again. They were courteous, polite and above all very respectful of my home.
