I was super intrigued never have I seen 10/10 on this site for services I needed. Let me tell you we were not disappointed. Kyle came the day before Christmas on time, polite prompt and professional as promised. Fixed my beloved Ice maker and all while chatting and educating our son who was keenly interested in the mechanics of it all. Very reasonable I would hire him again and again. We would highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort. without hesitation to our friends and family. Your employee Darryl is a remarkable asset to your company as he is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to inform, explain different options when inspecting a new furnace and the pros and cons of each. We had some weird noise clicking sounds in the basement around my furnace. It turns out my filter was dirty and it caused the ignition light to keep adjusting and running. Darryl was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He patiently explained the cause of the problem, what he did to remedy the problem and what I need to do to prevent future issues like this. I definitely will be using Reliable Home Comfort and asking for Darryl for any future jobs I encounter. I met with 2 others companies but Darryl from Reliable Home Comfort beat everyone in price, product, professionalism and personality. They showed up on time, they worked hard and they left no mess which I really appreciated. My new products are clean and they work perfectly. Outstanding ! I interviewed 5 landscape companies before going with Red Rose and I definitely made the best choice. Professional, polite, on time, on budget and great with kids! They worked hard and gave our family a backyard space we will enjoy for a lifetime.
