Call the business and got an appointment right away. We had two faucets to replace and potentially had drains to unblock. Plumbers were on time, did an excellent job, left the place clean. I liked that they suggested to us to replace additional parts which we agreed and it was taken care of at the same time.

A few days ago I spoke with a very nice and professional woman named Patsy, who scheduled my appointment. Trevor B. from Vaillancourt plumbing showed up promptly this Friday morning to assess a leaking shower faucet. He offered several solutions, actually went to a plumbing supply store and solved the leak; saving us hundreds of dollars. He was professional, knowledable and above all honest. Washer and valve needed replacing while installing a bidet. Trevor came within 30minutes and had the washer and valve replaced quickly. Also needed a couple new parts that he had in the truck and took care of right away. (15 year old toilet). All this on a Sunday at 4pm.

I received a call from the company soon after I posted the job on Home Stars. I received service the next day and was happy for the early booking. When my plumber arrived, he was very courteous, and showed respect for my home. I was advised that the job would take about an hour and it was completed in just under that time. I waited a while to write this review as I always want to assess for any problems after the work is completed. No problems here! Bathtub faucet was leaking and had been installed over 10 years ago. Kitchen faucet was about 5 years old but it had become very stiff and difficult to move between the double sinks.

I have used E. Vaillancourt Plumbing twice now. This time they replaced my taps for my washer. All was done to my satisfaction. They were very professional and reasonably price. I highly recommend E. Vaillancourt Plumbing.

First time we have used Vaillancourt Plumbing and we will certainly contact them if we have need to address a plumbing issue in the future. Our initial contact with Crystal to arrange a time was excellent.  She also contacted us again the day the work was to be done to confirm a time when Trevor would be arriving.   Trevor, their technician had the job done and complete in about an hour.  Explained everything and ensured it was all clean and operational.  He was also a wealth of information as we are considering upgrading our kitchen and main bathroom.   The cost was reasonable and we couldn't be more pleased with the work done.  Adding shut off valves and replacing the kitchen faucet.  They have been a staple in Oshawa for years.  Definitely recommend them.

This company is who you should call with any kind of plumbing issue. I needed a new hot water tank, I called in June and the company I was with could not install one. I needed a different size. They said they would order one. It was now the end of sept. No tank and mine started leaking. Called the company oh yes we need to order you a tank. Ok well this one is leaking. Their response was throw towels around it. I will skip the rest of the nonsense. I left that company and after some research I called vaillancourt. Right from the start everyone I dealt with was polite and listened to my issue. They always got back to me. They had no problem finding me a water tank and installing it in good time. Trevor was the man that installed it. He was fast efficient very friendly and good at his job. He cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Vaillancourt is the company to deal with you most definitely will not be disappointed. And the price was about half of what I was expecting it to be. I will recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber. Absolutely a great company that actually values their customers. Thank you so much vaillancourt.

Two technicians arrived on door step for a very simple job. Charged over 200.00 for labour. I have tried to call office for explanation, but no response so far.
I feel the labour costs a little in excess for what was done.
Three small items were replaced costing less than 70.00
job completed in less than half an hour.
looked at leaking tap in ensuite, told noting wrong with it.
Less than five minutes.

reached out to us and offered a very satisfactory explanation. I am happy to report we have resolved any issues, and moving forward have decided to replace the troublesome toilet! Toilet selected, installation date confirmed! and we look forward to many more years with toilet free problems.

We just had the new toilet installed, and we are very happy with the installation process, the technician was on time, professional, and courteous. No disruption to our morning routine, and the old toilet was taken away for us.
We were very impressed with service given by Vallancourt Plumbing. Brian followed up the same evening with a phone call to ask if we were satisfied, this is what I call good customer service, and customers relations. If we need to have a plumbing job done again, we won't hesitate to call Vallancourt Plumbing, we know a good job will be done.
