First time we have used Vaillancourt Plumbing and we will certainly contact them if we have need to address a plumbing issue in the future. Our initial contact with Crystal to arrange a time was excellent.  She also contacted us again the day the work was to be done to confirm a time when Trevor would be arriving.   Trevor, their technician had the job done and complete in about an hour.  Explained everything and ensured it was all clean and operational.  He was also a wealth of information as we are considering upgrading our kitchen and main bathroom.   The cost was reasonable and we couldn't be more pleased with the work done.  Adding shut off valves and replacing the kitchen faucet.  They have been a staple in Oshawa for years.  Definitely recommend them.

Excellent service! They added insulation to our attic to bring it up to R60. Mark and the staff completed the work quickly and left our home clean!
