Two technicians arrived on door step for a very simple job. Charged over 200.00 for labour. I have tried to call office for explanation, but no response so far.
I feel the labour costs a little in excess for what was done.
Three small items were replaced costing less than 70.00
job completed in less than half an hour.
looked at leaking tap in ensuite, told noting wrong with it.
Less than five minutes.
A follow up to my previous review. I'm very happy to report, Bria
reached out to us and offered a very satisfactory explanation. I am happy to report we have resolved any issues, and moving forward have decided to replace the troublesome toilet! Toilet selected, installation date confirmed! and we look forward to many more years with toilet free problems.

We just had the new toilet installed, and we are very happy with the installation process, the technician was on time, professional, and courteous. No disruption to our morning routine, and the old toilet was taken away for us.
We were very impressed with service given by Vallancourt Plumbing. Brian followed up the same evening with a phone call to ask if we were satisfied, this is what I call good customer service, and customers relations. If we need to have a plumbing job done again, we won't hesitate to call Vallancourt Plumbing, we know a good job will be done.
