We have had an annual furnace contract with Holmes for many years and recently decided it was time to replace our 20 year old furnace and A/C. The sales rep from Holmes, Vaughan F., was most helpful in explaining the product lines and choices and answering our many questions. There was no sales pressure and the price was very competitive. Once we had made a decision to purchase, the installation was scheduled in a very timely manner. The installers, Troy H. and Jamie P., were punctual, professional and easy to deal with. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system and would highly recommend this company.

I had Holmes Heating install a new furnace, air condition, hot water tank and thermostat. Derek and Steve arrived at just after 8am. They were very thorough and easy to ask questions to. They did the job very well and were very thorough. They made sure that everything was cleaned up. I would definitely recommend Holmes especially when they have workers like Derek and Steve. It was great!

Derek and Steve were very professional installers; worked well together, explained what they were doing, kept disruption to a minimum. They arrived on time and left when scheduled taking all "garbage" with them. They explained the working of the new furnace including the thermostat and assured us that if we had problems, just call and someone would help us over the phone or a technician would be sent to the house. The hot water tank installers were also efficient, although they did leave a mess, which is understandable given they were working with a tank which still had water in it. They did leave a rag soaking up the spilt water, but it was near the back of the tank, so not easily found!. The sales representative Dave was equally helpful, explained the products and provided additional explanations when required. All in all, it was a positive experience and surpassed any experience we have had with other heating companies. thank you!!!

I had a furnace and, a hot water heater installed, this Weekend. The appliances were installed in a timely fashion, by Derek and Steve they, were AMAZING, pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time. The installation was finished and,running before the estimated time allotted. I would recommend them to anyone.

Holmes is lucky to have Neil Durling. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us well thought out advice for a new furnace from brand options to financing. When our old furnace had problems he was there on a Sunday afternoon. I couldn't have asked for more.

As a new home owner they were patient to answer my questions and explain what they were doing and other options that were available to me in regards to Air Conditioning and Duct Cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it.

Technician was polite and very knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong with the furnace, aw well as how and when it will be fixed. He also had expert advice regarding the water heater. Much appreciated.

Chris and Warren did and exceptional job. Installed a tankless water heater and HRV along with replacing a CHS venting system that was leaking. They found the leak and said it had to be replaced. Great fine or I could have been in trouble. They did the job in a professional manner and cleaned up after. Kris Schenk who had to balance the HRV explained everything to me on how it works and the controller for the unit. I have always had Holmes Heating do my maintenance on my furnace and even at my old residence when I had a new furnace installed. Great work guys.

Trinden and Ryan came in and installed a new furnace and water heater after the heat exchanger on my old furnace went. They were able to trouble shoot my tricky furnace room and get everything re-configured and up and running. A very efficient job.

We have been Holmes customers for years and have come to expect top-notch service and workmanship. The purchase and installation of a new gas furnace from Holmes came with the same expectation. Holmes did not disappoint.

Their installers, Troy Hamilton and Jamie Pritchard, arrived right at 8 a.m. and were gone by mid-day. The first thing they did on arrival is unroll a carpet to walk on. They carried out their work with expertise and efficiency, took care not to scrape or chip drywall when moving parts in and out, and thoroughly cleaned up after.

We had 3 quotes for this job and the Holmes price was competitive with other established suppliers. Our decision to stick with Holmes came down to our years of experience with this company.
