Derek and Steve were very professional installers; worked well together, explained what they were doing, kept disruption to a minimum. They arrived on time and left when scheduled taking all "garbage" with them. They explained the working of the new furnace including the thermostat and assured us that if we had problems, just call and someone would help us over the phone or a technician would be sent to the house. The hot water tank installers were also efficient, although they did leave a mess, which is understandable given they were working with a tank which still had water in it. They did leave a rag soaking up the spilt water, but it was near the back of the tank, so not easily found!. The sales representative Dave was equally helpful, explained the products and provided additional explanations when required. All in all, it was a positive experience and surpassed any experience we have had with other heating companies. thank you!!!
