Warren & Jon arrived exactly on time. They were very friendly & professional. They took out the old tank, put in the new one, took very little time getting the job done, and they provided me with good information about the operation of the new tank. They took extreme care not to track dirt into my house.

Furnace was working off and on, called Holmes and they found a hole in our heat exchange. The had a new furnace installed the next day by Warren & Jon along with a hot water tank. They were able to trouble shoot our tricky furnace room and get everything up and running.

Woke up to "no heat". Called Holmes - Neil arrived exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed the prob - left to get parts - returned promptly and completed repair in quick & efficient fashion. Terrific customer service.

They gave me a window of time they'd be there that day and showed up at the very beginning of that window (not long after the call was made)! The Serviceman showed up, diagnosed and fixed the problem in under an hour! Did I mention this was a Sunday morning. I was so happy and appreciative!
