Raymond serviced the furnace and HRV as we had a question about a dusty smell. He cleaned both and made adjustments to the furnace and washed out the filters on the HRV.

Chris and Warren did and exceptional job. Installed a tankless water heater and HRV along with replacing a CHS venting system that was leaking. They found the leak and said it had to be replaced. Great fine or I could have been in trouble. They did the job in a professional manner and cleaned up after. Kris Schenk who had to balance the HRV explained everything to me on how it works and the controller for the unit. I have always had Holmes Heating do my maintenance on my furnace and even at my old residence when I had a new furnace installed. Great work guys.
