Our AC had started performing sluggishly and running continuously (though the weather was getting cooler not warmer) and the furnace had started to ice up from the AC coil inside. We called the service center, and as promised they dispatched a technician for later in the day. The technician that showed up (Neil Durling) was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and well equipped for his job. Neil took his time to carefully and diligently review the AC inside and out, to diagnose the problem(s). He also took his time to answer our many questions and to make sure we were comfortable and clearly had an understanding of what he was fixing as well as an additional part that he needed to order.
