The installation of our new Carrier Air Conditioner went smoothly. Very impressed with Derek's capability and expertise in handling the onsite modifications required to allow connection to our existing furnace. Derek kept us informed of adaptations throughout the day. Excellent explanation of the units operation and maintenance procedures. Derek and Chris left the job site impeccable.

On May 30 we had Dustin and Kyle M. enter our house with a new furnace and H/W tank they introduced themselves and explained the work they were going to do on this day . they explained everything to me and set out with their work throughout the day they had questions and offered suggestions which was extremely helpful they were very honest, and their workmanship was impeccable and their work site remained clean throughout the day . At the end of their extremely long day the took the time to walk me through all the safety switches and explained how everything works as well how to program the thermostat for efficiency with the new furnace and its operations .
Dustin and Kyle are great assets to the reliance holmes heating and cooling team .
As well the salesman Pat Grenier was a pleasure as well to deal with he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with ,he explains the system and the plan we chose so we were at a real comfort with our choice . we are very satisfied with our choice in choosing Reliance Holmes heating and will recommend them to many others !!

Bought this unit on Thursday and it was installed on Saturday by two professional workers. Ryan and Costa thank you for the excellent service. The place was left cleaner than when they walked in. Job very well done by two conscientious employees of Reliance Holmes.

We needed a new A/C cause ours just died and the hot days were coming soon. Reliance was able to help us out. They sent HYS & Ryan A. for the installation and they did an amazing job! Friendly, professional and hard working. I hope when I get my new furnace with Reliance that they send those two again :)

Hi, had a great experience with Reliance. Called on a weekend to report that I had no hot water. The lady on the phone asked a few questions to see if we could trouble shoot on the phone and I did what she said and it did'nt work so a repairman showed up the next day. Took him 30 minutes in and out the door and everything was fixed and had hot water 30 minutes later. he replaced the display unit free of charge.

We were having problems with our hot water tank. Randy the technician came over and fixed it in minutes. Answered all my questions. Very professional. Took the time to educate me on their products as our HVAC is 10 years old. We decided to buy their maintenance package. Overall very happy

Ryan and Costa installed a furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and thermostat. Lots of hard work. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. Cleaned up the mess in the basement and the yard very well and explained the new system. Did great a job.

Carl came by too to install a new hot water heater. Lots of work. Huge effort.
