On May 30 we had Dustin and Kyle M. enter our house with a new furnace and H/W tank they introduced themselves and explained the work they were going to do on this day . they explained everything to me and set out with their work throughout the day they had questions and offered suggestions which was extremely helpful they were very honest, and their workmanship was impeccable and their work site remained clean throughout the day . At the end of their extremely long day the took the time to walk me through all the safety switches and explained how everything works as well how to program the thermostat for efficiency with the new furnace and its operations .
Dustin and Kyle are great assets to the reliance holmes heating and cooling team .
As well the salesman Pat Grenier was a pleasure as well to deal with he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with ,he explains the system and the plan we chose so we were at a real comfort with our choice . we are very satisfied with our choice in choosing Reliance Holmes heating and will recommend them to many others !!
