Dustin - RCE6265 - arrived promptly to begin the install, and was polite and informative about the work and requirements. He advised that others would be joining him to help with the installation. He worked efficiently, cleanly and very hard on his own and this continued when his colleagues arrived. Upon completion, he clearly explained how the tank worked and ensured that the work site was left tidy. I would be happy to have him work on any project and highly recommend him as an installer.

Great group of guys working together to rip out my old system and install a whole new Hvac system and a hot water on demand tankless system to make sure that the climate in my home is perfectly comfortable. They arrived at the exact time they had quoted and even gave us a quick 'heads-up' phone call as they were leaving Ottawa to drive to Perth. They were all pleasant to be around as they worked and finished the whole job in one day. They left my home and property clean and tidy once they had finished then talked us step by step through the operation of each unit. I could not be happier, especially with Ryan and Costa, if you are considering a new hvac system then call Reliance holmes and ask Ryan and Costa to do the install for you!!!

When I purchased my condo, it came with a Reliance rental hot water tank. I didn't think much of it at the time, but was extremely happy that it was a rental when it stopped working this week. Reliance swooped in for the fix, installing a new tank. The installation technician was friendly and explained all the features of the tank when he was done. Another worker even stopped by towards the end of the installation to help his colleague get the old, heavier tank out of my unit without any damage. Great job and thank you!

I had Hys and Ryan A. Come replace our hot water tank today. They were so friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They explained and showed me exactly what they were doing and did a great job as well cleaning up after the work was done. I am extremely impressed with the guys as well as this company! Thank you!

Kyle M. came to my home today to do a 21 Points Furnace Tune-Ups. I've had a lot of technicians to do the same job for the last 6 years as my furnace is old but still working great and relatively efficient. Within all those technicians from other companies that came before him, Kyle did more than what I've expected and did it very well. The service provided today was professional, the installers were courteous and good workers who showed pride in their work; after my inspection prior to them leaving prem, I could notice how neat they have worked and therefore I was indeed delighted !

Technician Kyle came in the next morning after my service call for fixing my water heater problem. He identified and fixed the problem quickly and also gave me some guidances on the maintence too. Awesome!
