We had our annual furnace maintenance check and our furnace was red flagged. The sales person came that day and our new modulating furnace was installed two days later. We were provided with heaters during the waiting time which although they seemed small, were extremely efficient. The installers were clean, polite and worked hard to solve our furnace issues to our satisfaction. The sales rep was also very thorough and offered us many perks along the way. Kaylie even dropped by on her day off to see how the installation was going and how we were coping. Francis offers competitive pricing. Our gas fireplace was very sooty and it seemed the logs were actually burning at times. Scott came the first time and told us we needed a new log set and that he required a very special vacuum cleaner in order not to distribute the fine black dust all over the house. On his second visit, he installed a new log set, adjusted the gas valves, cleaned inside, and polished the window. Now the fireplace works properly and looks like new!

Service was same day and the technician, Shawn MacKenzie, was able to identify the problem and make the necessary repairs rapidly. He took the time to explain how to use the new unit and it has been working great ever since.

He discovered a faulty control during his annual inspection of our furnace and sourced a part quickly which required him to cross the city to get it.
