Our Heat Recovery Ventillator (installed by someone else) had stopped working. Shawn, our repair guy, noticed that a simple capacitor had failed. A very inexpensive solution to what could have been an expensive replacement. Very professional guy.

Shawn MacKenzie was my service man. He gave me good service , was personable, friendly and cooperative. The price was good because I signed up for two services. He didn't have any trouble finding the place even though some service men end up on 71 Windeyer which is on the next crescent

Professional, courteous, clean removal and installation of a brand new Furnace. Attention to the details is what makes the difference. Nice and level, perfect duct work and modifications. I highly recommend to use Francis for your installation.!!!

Furnace maintenance

The service technician Ryan has been to my home twice now to do annual service on the furnace. After his first visit I told myself that he was the guy I want servicing my furnace. As a teacher I can usually get a good feel for people fairly quickly and felt he was nothing but honest and sincere with me, took the time to show me things in my furnace and gave me great advice. If the rest of their technicians are even remotely like him then they are a fantastic company.
