venting was leaking,furnace was red tagged!! We had guests arriving next day.Terry Metcalfe, the dispatcher, said he would try to fit us in. He came himself to change the pipe that same morning.He stepped up and saved the visit for everyone. He was professional and efficient , service at its best. Thanks
