Shawn was a very professional technician. He was on time and answered my many questions concisely without technical 'baffle-gab'. He discovered a faulty control during his annual inspection of our furnace and sourced a part quickly which required him to cross the city to get it. He has earned my trust and If I could I would like to have him for the next inspection.
