Shawn was very friendly and courteous,told me up front the cost of the repair ,fixed it in no time.He also recommended I replace my 19 year old water heater to which I agreed and had that completed also.

Shawn did a great job on the repair. He explained everything he was doing and fixed everything in timely manner. He also provided good advice. Heat was back up and running very quickly!

Had trouble with our furnace, and called the number on the unit: francis Home Enviroment. Service man showed up the next day, and one look at the old unit (17) yrs said sorry a new one is required. He called his saleman, and that same night,Patrick, showed up to inform us on what type of unit, and costs involved. Because of the professional of the service man, and the salesperson, it was easy to chose a "lenox" furnace. The price was far below what I was expecting. $4,000.00. once the contract was signed, the next morning two installers showed up at 08:30, and by late afternoon, had heat in the home. Right from the srevice man: exceptional,polite, professional, to the salesperson: who knew his stuff, and directed us to a product that we needed, for our home. His willingsness to help us sealed the deal for the type of unit, along with a good price...The two installers were polite, professional, and went out of their way to ensure the unit was installed properly, and also were extremly clean to the work and clean up after. I was extremly satisfied with this company, and will continue to use their service. plain and simple these guys are good. Call them!!!!!

very good service and clean and and very helpful and very satisfy with the whole experience.So now we are comfortable and warm for the service and I must say they cleaned up after themself and had the salesperson come by and make sure everything was done and was running ok and spoke to us and was very polite and very informative and helping us understand are new furnance
