Staff very knowledgeable, they have a shop you can go taste the water and decide what system you want. Everything was scheduled at the office and the service tech did a great job.

Water Solutions installed an in home water filtration system for us just over a year ago and we absolutely love it. We were getting tired of having to haul big water jugs from the grocery store every week. Today was the first time we have had to change the filters (you are suppose to change them once a year or so) for our water system. Taylor from Water Solutions came to our house, within the one hour time frame they gave us (which is so much better than the 3-5 hour window of time that most companies do), and changed over our filters with ease. He cleaned up after himself, was extremely friendly and happily answered a million questions that my 5 year old had about the process. I was extremely impressed and would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a water filtration system.

So, we just went to get our filters changed at the 1-year mark and took in a sample of water to the store and they told us that our water is reading poorly.
So my kids and I have been drinking water that hasn't been filtered for a full year.
Good news is that the company was SO FAST in getting this all fixed up once they found out they had made an error. You know, human error does happen from time to time and it is how the company fixes the error that says it all. Thanks, guys...

We attempted to have a water softener put in but based on where the pipes were in the house we weren't able to proceed. The service tech. (Evan) advised us not to go ahead because it wasn't worth tearing out drywall to get it in. We appreciated that they put us first as opposed to making a sale. The service from every point was great. The customer clearly comes first and it shows. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Water Solutions installed our new RO system. There was a problem with leakage and they sent someone out immediately to replace the defective part. The system was disconnected by a plumber who had never worked on a RO system before and we had another problem. Angela walked us through the resolution. Everyone we dealt with were amazing; they were professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I purchased a water filter system from Water Solutions about 10 years ago for my parents and the system is amazing. They live in a small town with very poor water. Prior to the system they would go through a coffee maker and kettle every year, not to mention poor taste. The filter system still works great and replacement filters are always in stock and easy to purchase. It was money well spent. I recommend Water Solutions to anyone with water issues.

Our home is fed by well water that smells strongly of sulphur. While doing some reading on my own about treatment, there were certain filters I thought we required. I booked an appointment to refresh the existing filters and add the new one. Angela, at Water Solutions took it upon herself to call their distributor, who is knowledgeable about these water conditions, and called me back to let me know we would not require the new filter. Her honesty saved us a good chunk of cash! The techs took care not to make a mess in our home and were very friendly. I like that they did not pretend to know everything (an affliction that seems to be going around these days) but researched what would be best. They now have a long term customer!

I don't often write these about companies unless I believe they truly deserve to have something said. Water Solutions went above and beyond. I have been a patron of water solutions for some time and they have always been reasonably priced and very friendly. I sent a friend of mine there to buy distilled water for his very bad knees which need to be replaced and the lady working behind the desk helped him get the empty bottles from the truck and filled them while he waited in his truck and loaded his truck. this was wonderful for him being that any walking causes him great pain. He called me right away and raved that they were the best service he has ever received. Thank you for taking care of my friend.

We have owned a water filtration and softener from Water Solution for years. They have always provide the best product and services. Recently we moved to a new home and they disconnect and reconnected both systems. Excellent installer and service as usually. I would high recommend their products.
