had my water heater replaced and water softener installed by this company, my installer was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what he was doing with the plumbing, got things done neatly and efficiently, helped me with a little kitchen plumbing issue too! All great. thanks!

Great service, great quality product, and their business ethics are great!! Someone removed my water jugs outside of my home, and when I advised them of this, they refunded the cost of the water. I saved at least $50

From the moment I contacted Water Solutions, I knew I was in good hands. The Sales Manager promptly returned my email answering all my questions. When I called he explained to me what will likely occur on a service call. I set up an appointment. The service tech was right on time. He showed and explained to me my system and was never sales-y. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience! Thanks guys!!!

I have been dealing with Water Solutions for over 10 years and the service has been very professional and reliable. I appreciate the service reminders when the filter change is due on my RO filters. We had Water Solutions install both and RO System and a jug-free cooler in our home several years back. We subsequently had Water Solutions install a water softner system. We only wished we had them install it sooner. The soft water is wonderful, and we really have enjoyed not having to constantly clean hard water build-up in our showers and sinks. I've been a Water Solutions customer for 8 years. I don't have to remember to call them for a filter change. THEY CALL ME! I am so happy with my jug free system that when the time came for me to get a water softener installed, I was thrilled to find out that Water Solutions had a variety to choose from. From initial install and purchase (great price too!) to now enjoying all the benefits a softener can provide, I would definitley recommend Water Solutions to anyone!!

excellent customer service. Phoned me before a new filter was needed. The workers are polite, friendly and dressed appropriately. the described the work as they were doing it and listened when I asked them to move the bottle to behind the drain pipe. We had a little leak and they were there on the same day to make the repairs.
