We attempted to have a water softener put in but based on where the pipes were in the house we weren't able to proceed. The service tech. (Evan) advised us not to go ahead because it wasn't worth tearing out drywall to get it in. We appreciated that they put us first as opposed to making a sale. The service from every point was great. The customer clearly comes first and it shows. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
