We ordered a fire table from Lowes and had them deliver it to our house. When it arrived the delivery people refused to help me carry it onto my deck and said that they only had to put it in my driveway. When the fire table was in the box it was over 250lbs, so it is not a one person job. The fire table was then left on my lawn and I was at a loss what to do. I called Pro Tech and asked if it was possible, since they were going to instal it, if they could help me carry it onto the deck. We were also going away on vacation, so I was hoping to get the fire table taken care of before we left. I called Pro Tech Friday morning around 11am when the fire table was delivered, and they sent 3 guys to carry and instal it by 2pm the same day. Not only that, but the guys happily carried it up to my deck, installed it, got a longer hose for it all the while it was POURING rain. I couldn't believe how much they all went out of their way to do a great job and go over and above expectations. After it was done, I was worried that since there were three guys that I would get 3 times the bill, but I was charged just for the extra hose and the regular hook up charge. I was OVER THE MOON. From what was a nightmare (having the fire table dumped on my lawn before we left for our vacation) to having the team at Protech plumbing come to my rescue AND charge me less than I got quoted from other companies, I can't say enough good things about them. The staff are wonderful to talk to, and the guys that came and did the work did a wonderful job. It was such a treat to go on vacation and not have to stress and worry about it, and then to return to a working fire table that we could enjoy. I will definitely be calling them first if I ever have any plumbing or gas fitting needs!

Water Solutions installed an in home water filtration system for us just over a year ago and we absolutely love it. We were getting tired of having to haul big water jugs from the grocery store every week. Today was the first time we have had to change the filters (you are suppose to change them once a year or so) for our water system. Taylor from Water Solutions came to our house, within the one hour time frame they gave us (which is so much better than the 3-5 hour window of time that most companies do), and changed over our filters with ease. He cleaned up after himself, was extremely friendly and happily answered a million questions that my 5 year old had about the process. I was extremely impressed and would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a water filtration system.
