Mannion was hired to replace my central AC. it ran for 2 weeks and then was closed for the winter. When I started it the following summer, it didnt blow cold at all. Mannion didnt response to emails, text messages or phone calls. When I finally reached him, I was told he couldnt help me.

Had a reputable company come in and advise me the problem was because of faulty installation and the work was done by someone who clearly didnt know what they were doing.

Mannion also replaced my furnace and now Im afraid what will happen this winter so I will have a reputable company assess it before I turn it on

Do not use these guys. I was charged $1500 to fix the heating system that was brand new, that they themselves installed. I was given no estimate at all, no choices to make and no information was given to me. I basically paid two guys to stand around laughing and smoking cigarettes. Shameful.

Sloppy install. Rude service. Someone had to come back a second time to fix the sloppy work and was quite confrontational about it. Unprofessional and inexperienced. I will never use their services again and will not recommend them to friends and family.

Bruce worked fast and was highly skilled. He fixed my kitchen faucet and identified and sealed the bathroom drain that was causing a sewer gas smell. He was friendly and competent.
Unfortunately, he was not clear on price up front. When we were booking the appointment he was asked the price and he stated his hourly wage but did not mention that there would also be a "truck charge" on the invoice. He then completed the work in 1.25 hours and billed me for 2 hours. I stated that it had been 1hr15 minutes and he said that because of the travel time it was 2 hrs and that even if he had only been in the house for a few minutes it would have been a minimum charge of 1.5 hrs. He was kind enough to give me a ride to work after the early morning appointment. Overall, good quality work, but be sure to clarify costs...

Found a leak in the basement and these guys were at my house within the hour on a Saturday. Mike is down to earth, professional and knew the cause right away. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs, I will be going through them again in the future.

We were very happy with this company. Very courteous, prompt. The final bill was in line with the quote that they provided. We would recommend them to friends and family. Very happy with the service that we received.
