Called Doug just before Xmas with a Carrier furnace that wouldn't start. He responded quickly and replaced the igniter and gave the furnace a quick once over. He had the required part on his truck, and parts and labor costs were good.
Found him to be very professional and experienced. With my furnace and A/C units getting older, I will be certainly calling back Doug Scott when it's time to replace the existing equipment.

My DIY job had a few snags. Doug spotted the problems and fixed it quickly and economically. These days it can be challenging to find someone who knows what they are doing (and doesn't try to break your "bank"). Choosing Doug was a good find. I would highly recommend him!

Furnace conked out and I new it was time for a new one. Got a couple of quotes and called Doug to get his opinion. He advised he sold Keeprite and came to my place to give me a great quote. There the next morning as arranged. No issues with the install. Very happy and will recommend to anyone.

We had been away all weekend and we came home late on a Sunday night to a very cold house. We tried to get the furnace to start but it just wouldn't. We didn't know what to do so we called our neighbour who recommended Doug Scott who had been their serviceman for years. We gave Doug a call and he was there within the hour. He changed a part and in no time the heat was back on and we could finally sleep in warmth. What a relief! Thank you Doug! We know who to call right away next time.

The good guys won tonight. My furnace was running in spurts and I decided to take a chance on Doug and his company.
He came through in flying colors, as after 10 minutes of playing with the thermostat, he found the problem, which was an internal adjustment right inside the furnace. He fixed it up, and the furnace has a new life. Runs like a Caddy!!
To all the shysters, keep it up. We'll bury you. I made a few calls and got Doug another 10 jobs to do, in relation to my work.

I understand Doug is going to start up honesty classes for some of the crooks in the east GTA. Thanks a lot, Doug. I'll work with you and catch you some more work to do--something I won't do for the shysters. They can STARVE!!!!!

Our furnace wasn't working, again, and the original installer refused to come and check the 3-month old unit for problems, having left a large mess and charged us for 'repairs' only two days before. I called Doug from my office and he went to the house and looked at the furnace, providing an explanation to my boyfriend of what was wrong and should be looked at. He fixed relevant parts as applicable, and also advised us to call the propane supplier, as problems in the supply (full tanks) appeared to contribute to the problem. My boyfriend didn't have cheques with him, and Doug even let me drop a cheque off at his address a couple of days later in payment. Great service!
