Turco Persian Rug Company

We brought our rugs here based on a recommendation from a friend, and are glad we did. The guys at the help desk were exactly that: helpful, and walked us through the different options we had for our rug which was worth taking care of. In the end, we got our rug back on time and paid exactly what we were quoted. If you want to save money and rent a machine yourself, go for it, but if you want to have the job done by a professional this is your company.

brought our rug to this company on 4 different occasions over 6 years. The 1st time they did a great job. 2nd time, we questioned whether they touched the rug, on the 3rd occasion, we know they did not clean it at all as the stain (our dog's vomit) we sent it for came back intact. we decided to give them one more try since we didn't know of any other place. the last time we sent it in, they called us & told us we had a moth infestation & strongly recommended treatment to prevent eggs from maturing & ruining our whole rug. total cost for clean & treatment: over 300.00. when we got it back there was no area ruined by the so-called 'moth infestation' & it came back smelling the same. we've finally learned our lesson & simply went to home depot rented a rug cleaner for $35.00. the dirt that came out was incredible! we cleaned the rug 5 times (filling up tanks of dirty water). it is as though it had never been cleaned. perhaps our 2 thousand dollar rug was not expensive enough. regardless, we now know better.

My experience with Turco Persian started off well after delivering my flood damaged rugs. I was contacted reasonably quickly with a quote for the cleaning and a small repair. When the rugs were ready, I was quoted a different (higher) price over the phone, and when my daughter picked them up the final price she paid was different yet again. My two phone calls with two different people were not helpful at all as their explanations made absolutely no sense.
The second person I spoke with said he would speak with the owner and get back to me. I'm still waiting.
To top it all off, when we finally unrolled one of the rugs in my son's house, it had stains on it. No one called to tell me about the stains and there is no mention on the invoice.
I have used Turco Persian before, but I will not use them again.

I've used Turco Persian a number of times, dropping off small rugs for cleaning, having larger ones picked up, and having carpet installed, including a tricky stair runner install on older, awkward stairs. I've always dealt with the same people, in almost two decades, and they all seem to love working there. Their prices are very reasonable and their service and advice is outstanding. I have recommended them a number of times and will continue to, without hesitation.

I have now used Turco a couple of times now and its because of the service. As my rugs are a little heavy to move, they come, they pick up, they clean, they will safeguard if you want, they will provide a schedule return date and they will deliver back to your place of residence. How easy is that? In addition, their customer service is great whenever you have an inquiry. And they will provide you will discounts on the next cleaning! I would definitely recommend.

Before selling my house I had Turco-Persian clean the wall-to-wall, area rugs and upholstered furniture. They came in precisely when arranged, moved furniture as needed and returned everything to where it belonged. The work certainly added value to the selling price of the home.
