brought our rug to this company on 4 different occasions over 6 years. The 1st time they did a great job. 2nd time, we questioned whether they touched the rug, on the 3rd occasion, we know they did not clean it at all as the stain (our dog's vomit) we sent it for came back intact. we decided to give them one more try since we didn't know of any other place. the last time we sent it in, they called us & told us we had a moth infestation & strongly recommended treatment to prevent eggs from maturing & ruining our whole rug. total cost for clean & treatment: over 300.00. when we got it back there was no area ruined by the so-called 'moth infestation' & it came back smelling the same. we've finally learned our lesson & simply went to home depot rented a rug cleaner for $35.00. the dirt that came out was incredible! we cleaned the rug 5 times (filling up tanks of dirty water). it is as though it had never been cleaned. perhaps our 2 thousand dollar rug was not expensive enough. regardless, we now know better.
