The custom cabinetry is high-quality, and the service was exceptional. The sales person drew and re-drew the plans, paying attention to all the details. The 4 installers were very careful, respectful, and skilled. I am delighted with the experience and the results!

This review is written to state how very pleased I am with the wonderful work I had done in my new condominium by Space Solutions.ca. I initially had in mind to have a Murphy bed installed, and had visited a competitor of Space Solutions.ca only to be met with a locked door and a sign that they had gone on holidays and would be away for an entire week! The friend who accompanied me suggested she have her friend, who was living in Spain, e-mail her with the company she had used for her Murphy bed that she was pleased with. That e-mail from Spain highly endorsed Space Solutions.ca.

I contracted Space Solutions.ca and, after meeting with their designer, Jorgen Halling, contracted to have not only a Murphy bed installed, but one with shelves on either side. I was so impressed with his knowledge and creative suggestions, I also contracted with them to install a table-top desk with double shelves above, and a bathroom cabinet. In addition, I also asked them to install an additional shelf in a long hall closet, and to provide tracking so that I could use one of the adjustable shelves in the Murphy bed unit as a make-up pull-out shelf.

The estimate and suggestions provided by Jorgen was immensely creative, gave me a crystal clear idea of what he envisioned for the space, and he was quick to consolidate all my suggestions and fully answer all my questions. All of the craftsmen who came to carry out the work were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, creative, arrived on time and did amazing work! Andrew Wencer was a wizard at organizing all the people, materials and details associated with the work, and was always there to offer encouragement and helpful advice.

Needless to say, I highly recommend Space Solutions.ca for any and all work you are contemplating.

I had posted a legitimate review of my experience with this company on May 24 - for one reason or another, the review seems to have been removed!

To repeat my experience: I was over-charged (miss-quoted) due to 'clerical error' and it took weeks of haggling and going through visa to resolve, and even then, only a partial refund was issued.

Unfortunately, after a closer look, we noticed that the new silver shelving wasn't fastened at all at the bottom - it's only fastened to the wall at the top. This leaves it somewhat wobbly; i.e., you can actually pull it out, away from the wall, by hand. The other side (in the larger bedroom) is fastened both at the top and bottom. In the master bedroom, the screws that fasten the support to the wall are visible; no washers or caps were used to create a polished look, and you can actually see the crushed fibre and shipped surface around the screw entries. The other side (in the smaller bedroom) at least has some caps applied.

These people don't understand the first thing about customer service and don't seem to have any interest in new customers anyway, given how successful business is with existing clientele.

Hi, When I moved into a new condo the storage space was very limited. By using the suggestions at space solutions I was able double my available storage space. It was sometimes hard to get them on the phone, but over all the service was good.

Space solutions have wonderful products and a wide range of suggestions that meet clients needs. We were in a mad rush to install shelving and hanging units as we were moving into a new house that had empty closets-hence no where to put our sweaters, hang our shirts etc..
The team at Solutions were able to meet our timelines, which was great, however they did not mention that the gentlemen who installed our units was fitting us in and was not able to clean up his mess. You can imagine, these units are custom fit therefore there is sawing of wood. There was wood pieces and dust all over the place. It was not the end of the world but we had quite the mess to clean up. I brought our concerns forward and initially the team of sales reps were making excuses for the mess and it was due to them "fitting us in". I still was not pleased with there response. Due to our persistence they did compensate us for our concerns. Overall, I do recommend Solutions however make certain the installers don't leave until the mess is cleaned up!

Space Solutions provided us with great ideas to organize our closets and garage. The drawings were accurate so we knew exactly what we were getting. The quote was very detailed. The installers worked very efficiently. I returned to the store to buy some kitchen organizing products and was given a discount! Great experience!

These guys get high marks. From the sales people to the installers. I say the price was average because we only got the one quote. I do however trust the sales rep (Christopher) when he said we got a very competitive price. (He went to great lengths to explain and justify the price-and this was greatly appreciated).

Classic case of "you get what you pay for". I think we'll get our investment back in spades.

High quality materials. Installation in one day. Obvious expertise in this niche market.

We love our closet.

Can't say enough good things about space solutions. Not only were they the best priced of the five companies we had come in to assess our closets, but their consultant, Jorgen, was professional and efficient in doing his assessment. Whereas other closet consultants tried to upsell us on things we didn't really need, Jorgen designed closets which were exactly what we needed. Their installers were also excellent, arriving when they said they would and completing the job without causing too much disruption to the house. Our closets were our first major renovation in our house, and they've been nothing but amazing. They've added much needed space to our small house and made our lives that much easier as a result. I highly recommend space solutions both in terms of value and quality.
