I had my bedroom closet done. My interaction with the company, from the first call until the installation day, was flawless. The staff from the office, and the installer, were very polite and professional. This is the second closet I have done with this company. Highly recommend it!

We have had many closet installs over the years with various companies and this one was by far the most pleasant and seamless experience. Teegans attention to design detail was perfect. Our installer Guy made all the difference with his care and respect for our home. Lots of people know how to install but it was Guys high level of awareness of his surroundings while in our home that gave us confidence in the process

I like the closets and they instal was seamless
BUT it is far too pricey. I did not want to do it myself so I paid the price.

I used Closets by Design (from Barrie) for 8 closets in a brand new home in the Town of Blue Mountain. Lauren was the designer. She was very professional, came on the appointed time, measured everything very efficiently, asked for my ideas, made suggestions, and created an estimate on the spot for the 8 closets just to give me a ballpark. I compared to other companies, and chose CBD to proceed. We then refined the design a bit more, Lauren came to the site again to double check some measurements, and we had a few more conversations via text or phone. Overall Lauren was doing everything she could to make sure the design met my expectations of function and price. The date set for the installation was 2 months away (yes, they are busy), but they came on the planned date. (After giving me reminders on the week before.) Mark was the chief installer, and he was excellent. He addressed questions I had about double panels, made some minor adjustments that I asked without compromising the design, and seemed to really care that I be satisfied with the results. It took them 2 days to finish the installation, and they worked full days, no time wasted. They worked quietly and fast, left no mess at all, and knew what they were doing. In the end I was very pleased with the process and the results. I would highly recommend CBD Barrie for anyone looking for closets in the vicinity, and I will certainly use them again.

It was a simple job. The sales.person did not measure correctly but the installer was able to get it corrected.

The 2 gentlemen that came to install my closet were great! Very kind, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I would give them a paid day off or a raise if they were my employees!

We reached out to closets by design since we wanted to get our closets done for our main bedroom. The designer was very professional and provided us the designs and suggestions. Once we signed them, they came home on time, and were so professional in their job. There was a measurement issue with one of the closet doors, but they took it in their stride and cut a new door on the same day and installed it without any delays. The closets are looking so beautiful now.
