We've been satisfied Silvan customers for many years. With great professionalism and reliability, they installed and have mainstined our furnace and the wonderful under-floor radiant heating system in our kitchen. This past New Year's Eve I noticed something was amiss with the furnace, as our house was slowly losing heat. We called Tony who reassured us he'd be here the next day - New Year's day! It turned out to be a pump that needed replacement and Tony and co. took care of it promptly. Everything's working fine and thankfully the house is cozy and warm, just in time for this wicked cold wave! As senior citizens, we're grateful that Silvan will come through for us in an emergency (as they did in the big ice storm a few years ago when our power was out). Thank you, Tony!

Silvan Mechancial was there for me when Enbridge let me down! I called Tony late on Saturday, he was at my house Sunday morning and hooked me up with a new hot water tank Monday afternoon. Great service, product and cost. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Silvan Mechancical.

Our unit broke down during a very cold day and left us without heat or hot water. I called Silvan and they had someone over within 2 hrs. Renato assessed the problem quickly and gave us valuable information on our unit since he was very familiar with it. The next day he had the parts he needed to repair the it and finished the whole job promptly. I will highly recommend Silvan Mechanical in the future.

Just had a new Trinity combi-boiler installed in my home (on a very cold day) Silvan's crew were courteous, professional and didn't cut any corners. I was very pleased with their work.

I used Silvan mechanical to install radiant heating and all of the plumbing in my new construction home! Their service was impeccable, professional and they were very efficient and friendly. The technician whom did the majority of the work in my home R, was awesome to work with and was very knowledgable in his field and offered much advice and ideas! service call to address an issue with brown water - they flushed the hot water tank and left in 20 mins - bill was $135. the brown water was still there that night - in fact it was worse. i called to discuss and immediately got brushed off. ended up talking to the owner - started off negatively but at least spent the time to listen. ultimately i was advised to flush the system myself - a more thorough service than his guys performed in 20 mins. no compensation or follow up was offered beyond that. i would not use or recommend them to anybody after this particular experience.

I had a god experience with Tony and his crew. They are very knowledgeable. I have rads in my house and they were referred to me as experts in dealing with hot water systems. And they do seem to be. They also seem to take great care in their work. I had them put in-floor heating in a room. The workmanship and materials seemed superior to the existing in-floor heating that was pre-existing in an adjacent room. They also removed and then re-installed a number of rads to accommodate some other work I was doing. They ensured each rad was fitted with a shut-off which wasn't the case before. They worked well with the timing of the other trades. They also installed a new condensing boiler and connected water tank. During the ice storm, I had a problem and both Tony and his son came very quickly. The issue was completely my fault but they were very nice about it. On another occasion, one of the pipes was punctured by another contractor, so i got a bit of a leak. Tony's crew came promptly and sourced and fixed the problem. I intend to continue to use the company for whatever needs I have in this area.
