service call to address an issue with brown water - they flushed the hot water tank and left in 20 mins - bill was $135. the brown water was still there that night - in fact it was worse. i called to discuss and immediately got brushed off. ended up talking to the owner - started off negatively but at least spent the time to listen. ultimately i was advised to flush the system myself - a more thorough service than his guys performed in 20 mins. no compensation or follow up was offered beyond that. i would not use or recommend them to anybody after this particular experience.
