lots of old basement windows replaced. job looks pretty good. could have used a second person to help to speed up the job. overall the windows are significantly better than what I had. Insulation was done well. Flashing is nearly perfect. The company is really really quick from order time to delivery. Price is very very good too. Not sure how main and upper floor windows would be but, i am satisfied with the basement.

From the beginning the sales representative presented all of the options that were available for our replacement windows including types, styles and environmental options. The windows were delivered on time and the installation crew were extremely customer focussed and friendly. Inside the house they used cloths and cleaned-up after they were finished. Outside they ensured that all of the debris was taken away, but also explained that we may find the occasional small piece of debris that they may have overlooked.

Having been in the retail business for more than thirty years I can only say that the service we received was second to none. I will always recommend Consumer's Choice in the future.

I contracted Consumers Choice to replace some soffit in my home.
After I contracted them they promptly installed them with me not having to reminfd them or follow up with them.

Allthough they did not need anyone to be at home to install the Soffit, they had the courtesy to call me before they came to do the work.They turned up on thet day promised!

They did not have the cheapest price,But they give you value for the money with their service and quality.

I had all my windows and a patio door installed 2 summers ago and believe me it was the best thing I could have done and having Consumers Choice do it was also a great experience. Not only were the installers curtious and polite they were very clean and tidy. We recently had our entrance door and windows replaced. Our contract stated we would have our products installed within 6-9 weeks from the original purchase date. Our products were installed exactly 6 weeks from the purchase date. Our Sales Representative was extremely helpful and informative. We recently had our daughters engagement party at our home. We received so many compliments regarding the workmanship and quality of our windows and entrance door. We will definitely contact this company in the future regarding any home improvements.

Service was exceptional in all aspects from the office staff and installers. We had our windows replaced in the entire house and it was the best investment we've made. Our Sales Representative was professional and very knowledgeable. The installers finished within two days. They disposed of all remaining debris, cleaned and demonstrated all the features of the windows. Without hesitation we would recommend this company!

Recently we had Enersave Windows installed in our home. We were impressed with the installer's workmanship. They were tidy during the installation and left absolutely no mess for us to clean up.
