We are very happy with the installation and the new equipment. A great team arrived at our house. Polite and friendly they started working right away. And, they worked right through to the end. I am very satisfied with the installers work including the metal work, piping, clean up and demonstration. I was also also asked questions before work was started, during the day and given a walk through review of everything before the workers left. I had done my research ahead of time and I felt the best people for the job overall were Button's Heating. Photos and notes were taken of the job plan earlier so that when the workers arrived, they already knew exactly what they had to do and they also had all the equipment and pipes etc that they would need. So there were no delays. Even the person picking up the old furnace was there. Everything worked like clock work. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly and they all get along and know their jobs well. I am very happy with they Trane XC95m and Navien 210A. I have it mounted just underneath my bathroom and kitchen. Were really enjoying our new equipment. It's so quiet. I would easily recommend Button's Heating to a friend or family.

We noticed upon receiving our couch that the seems were seperating. It is a couch of 'their own design' and not from any furniture manufacturer. They refused to take it back. The two boys who delivered the sofa left black hand prints on it. We were able to clean those off. They did bang up our walls on the way in. Nice guys but sloppy. The owner is untrustworty and will not want to deal with you if you have any issues with the quality of your furniture once you buy it.

In the show room she was always smiling and promising me exactly what I had oredred. Ater going out and selecting the slab we were promised to have the granite countertop installed on a certain day. They never showed up. On the phone they had an excuse. The cutter broke the granite. We waited. Again they had an excuse.They were robbed. Again we waited. They showed up, the granite was cut to the wrong specs. Again we waited. They never showed up. I had to call them. Finally, they showed up but the granite looked different. It wasn't from the slab that I chose. The colour was off and it was much darker. I was glad they left and would not recommend this company to anyone.

lots of old basement windows replaced. job looks pretty good. could have used a second person to help to speed up the job. overall the windows are significantly better than what I had. Insulation was done well. Flashing is nearly perfect. The company is really really quick from order time to delivery. Price is very very good too. Not sure how main and upper floor windows would be but, i am satisfied with the basement.

We bought all of our kitchen appliances from Caplan. Firstly, we were able to bargain a bit after doing some comparison shopping. Caplans gave an excellent price. The store is always busy with people. Incidently, we purchased a product from their clearance area. It was as good as new! The salesperson always responds quickly and tried hard to get us what we want, the price we wanted. They seem to really care. I strongly recommend going to Caplan.

I strongly recommend Roofworks. I had 6 quotes over the past year, even from some of the top rated roofing companies on this site. One highly reviewed company refused to do my roof because it might give him problems. Another highly rated company didnt do cedar. Roofworks did all the things I wanted. The owner was the only one to suggest a repair that none of the other companies bothered to even look into. It made a lot of sense to go with it and I am glad I paid the extra to do it. Roofworks likes using lots of ice and water shield and they are not skimpy and do not cut corners. I watched them do my roof. The crew is a group of young men who obviously are strong enough to do the job well. Unlike some roofing companies that you may see have hired a few somewhat senior men who can barely stand on their own two feet. This group of guys was fast, worked hard, worked very well together (talking, singing) and did a fantastic clean up afterwards. Not a single flower was broken. The owner came around during the job to check on his workers and see how I liked things so far. I like that. I had a complete roof done with skylights and I am very confident in the company and the work they have done. They payment terms for the job is very attractive. You pay later after they mail you an invoice. That means to me that the company is confident that they did the job I asked for. I strongly recommend this company over the other hightly rated companies

We had Gil make the cabinets that we designed. He was done in less time than was expected. The were exactly as we had asked. They are well built. We provided all the specs for cooktops , ovens and fridge space and the cabinets were built just right. I recommend them. Also, the price was very good. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive by any means. Very timely.

Upon arriving the installer brought the wrong size a/c unit. He brought a 2 ton instead of 1.5 ton. I knew this because I checked the model numbers on the manufacturers web site ahead of time. The installer than tried to convince me that the 2 ton was better anyways. This is not true. My house needed a 1.5 ton. I then saw that a styrofoam base was going to be used instead of a cement base for putting the air conditioner on. The installer had to go back to retrieve both of these items after told him. He wasn't able to caulk the hole in my house where the piping runs becaues he didn't have caulking. He said he would return in a couple of days to do it since he was going to be in the area. He never returned so I did it myself.
