I am increasing my star rating after speaking with our rep from Consumer’s Choice who was quick to reach out and rectify the situation. We were initially dissatisfied after having waited longer than expected for our patio door install.
However there was a miscommunication with our phone number, which caused a longer than usual delay as the company could not get in touch with us, followed by rain on our install day, plus a packaging error made by the supplier (not Consumer Choice’s fault)
With all things considered, they did the best they could, given the unfortunate circumstances. After speaking with our rep Jason, I could tell this company took our concerns very seriously and wanted above all else to make the situation right. With this level of customer service, I would feel confident considering Consumer’s Choice again for my next installation project. The patio door we ordered looks and works great. We’re very happy with the product, and the installers were great too. My only advice would be to perhaps also take down clients’ emails as an alternate way to get in touch!
